I really hope you like it, and sorry its not very long. No matter how hard i try they never come out long.

Anyway. Sorry about the way it ended.

Just keep in mind, its not over yet.

And even when it is, I'll be writing a sequel.

So I really hope you like this, cuz i passed up studying to write, and I'll probably deeply regret it when I flunk a Psych test. Yeah, I'll let you know.

So here it is.

Chapter 34:

To say I regretted what I had done was an understatement. After I sat down and thought about what just happened I realized it could've happened one of two ways. The way it just did happen. Losing Damon and him going back to college. Or him not going back and regretting his decision in 20 years, which would still probably result in me, losing him.

At least this way if he was unhappy in 20 years it wouldn't be my fault.

But I loved that boy.

So incredibly much.

I didn't even know what to do with myself the next couple weeks. My dad came home a few days after the fight.

"Hey Sweetie," he said, giving me a huge hug and taking Marina from me.

"Hey Daddy."

"How was your trip?" he asked me, sitting down on the living room couch and playing with Marina.

"It was good, but it was sad to leave everything."'

"You really liked it there?"

I nodded, "I loved it."

My dad looked around the room.

"Where's that boyfriend of yours?" he asked me. He smiled at Marina making spitting noises.

"He went back to California."

My dad looked up at me in shock. I'm guessing he was not expected that. He might have been expecting 'At the store,' or 'At his house,' but I guess my answer was a shock.

"What?" he asked me.

"He's finishing college."

"That was your idea, wasn't it?" he asked.

"What do you mean?"

"I doubt he wanted to go back. So I'm guessing it was your fault. When's he coming back?"

I took a deep breath, "I don't know if he is, Dad."

"What?"

I leaned over and played with Marina, she was wide-awake and she turned to look at me.

"I think I broke up with him."

"You 'think' you broke up with him?"

"Yeah."

"How does that work?" he asked, staring at me.

"Well basically it involved a lot of screaming and me kicking him out and telling him to leave."

"You're going to regret that."

"Thanks. Thanks, Dad. You're supposed to support me," I said, standing up and taking Marina from him. I headed towards the stairs.

"Hon! I do support you, I'm just saying!"

I ignored him and walked upstairs to my room. I put Marina into her swing and grabbed my cellphone, calling Cassidy.
