Not Actually A Bad Guy

Chapter 22

Luke smiled at Calum's offer once again and started to walk to the music store to find Ashton and head back to home.

Luke was currently sitting on his bed searching for the perfect place to go for that break Ashton mentioned. He didn't want go somewhere that has a beach and perfect weather because he already had those in Sydney. He wanted something different. He wanted it to rain. Just like the day when he and Calum ditched the school. He smiled when he remembered that day. It felt so good and made Luke feel alive. He remebered how they roll down the hill together and his cut cheek and Calum worrying about him. He remembered how Calum looked at him. Then realized it wasn't the weather he wanted. He wanted Calum to be with him. He took his phone from his bed and searched for Calum's name to call him. But something stopped him. He wasn't really sure about asking him to come with him. Plus there was Ashton hating him. Yeah that might be a problem but before he knew he was tapped on Calum's name and started to call him. 'Just for asking. Just for asking. Nothing certain. He's not going to agree probably. Luke told himself and tried to not upsetting himself. 

''What do you want Luke?'' Calum opened his phone. Luke wasn't really surprised Calum's harsh words. He was used to it. 

''Um I want to ask you something.'' He waited for Calum to say something.

''What are you waiting ask it.'' Calum on the other side of the phone while chuckling at Luke's sillyness. 

''Oh okay. Um I was wait.. Let me tell you from the start. You know we have this kind of long break and Ashton and I were thinking about going somewhere maybe abroad but we haven't decided yet. I personally want somewhere to be rainy cause you know it's su-''

''Luke tell me what's the real point.'' Calum cut him off getting sick of Luke talking about a lot of stuff doesn't even understand. 

''Oh yeah sorry. Um I was wondering if you wanted to come with me?'' Luke asked while biting his lip. Why was he even that nervous anyways? He wasn't proposing Calum well if he did he wouldn't do it on the phone but thats's not the point. It took Calum a few mitunes to asnwer Luke's question. He wasn't sure if he wanted to go with him and risk all of his secrets. Because he knew Luke would finally end up finding them. But he prefered him finding out later.

''I don't really know Luke.'' He decided to leave it and hope that he'd forget but he was sure about Luke wouldn't forget.

''Oh. Okay.'' Luke all said in disappoint. Somehow he expected Calum to accept his offer. He was expecting Calum to say something like 'maybe' or 'we'll talk it' and Luke would try to convince him but now he didn't have any want to tell him what they could do together. Luke didn't know what to do so he closed the phone. 'I can have fun with Ashton too.' Luke tried to convinced himself. He searched through the internet until he find the perfect place. He might not go with Calum but he still wanted it to be good and have fun. He clicked on the words and started to look up what can they do in New York City. 

I'm so so sorry guys for the late and short update. I really am. My school just started and I'm really having so much trouble with it. And I'm not doing really well but let's not talk about me. How are you guys doing? Hope you like it. Let me know what you think. Love you :)
