After our talk, I really needed to get some space from Mingi, so we went back to the others. I just couldn't think about our conversation, because it made me so confused.
Why did I say that? Was it really how I felt?
Maybe I did like him.. as more than a friend.
I mean, his hair do smell pretty good.

- Why is she here?
Seonghwa asked, as we entered the room.
He really doesn't like me, does he?
At least that's what it seemed like.
- Because she's cool.
Yunho said.
- and she makes Mingi act weird, which is a bonus.
San said.
- We should get back to practice.
Seonghwa said.
- But.. I guess she could watch us for a while.
He then said.

I sat down in the corner, and leaned against the wall. When the music came on, my head started spinning. It was pretty loud, but the music wasn't bad. Just very.. noisy. And while all that noise was happening, I suddenly started thinking about my mother. about how loud she had screamed in my nightmare. I still hadn't been able to find a way into my fathers office. Every time I entered his office building, the receptionist would call my father. So I had to run away every time.
Maybe I should just give up? And trust that he cared enough about my mother to make sure she had it good. At least as good as she was able too.
All these thoughts was making my head hurt, so I decided to close my eyes for a moment.

• Mingi's POV•

I was so confused about my conversation with Sungyeon. But I was also happy. I thought she didn't like me at all. And she might not. Not like that at least. But she wasn't even sure yet. So it made me hopeful. Because it meant that it might happen. Her, liking me back. I couldn't stop smiling. But at least I was able to focus on practice. I wanted to show her how good I was at dancing. I keep looking over at her, and it looked like she had fallen asleep. How could she fall asleep when the music was so loud?
- Look at Sungyeon!
Wooyoung suddenly said, and laughed.
- is she sleeping?
Hongjoong asked, and laughed as well.
Wooyoung walked over to Sungyeon, and tapped her cheek.
- I wouldn't do that again if I were you.
She said, and opened her eyes, making Wooyoung fall backwards.
- That was really creepy.
Wooyoung said, and got up from the floor.
- I think you touching her face like that was more creepy.
Yeosang said, and laughed.
- why were your eyes even closed?
Wooyoung asked her.
- I just can't handle this noise.
She said.

Noise..? Did she not like our music?
It bothered me more than it should.
- You think our music is.. just noise?
Wooyoung asked Sungyeon.
- I didn't mean it like that.
She said.
- if you don't like our music you shouldn't be here.
Seonghwa said, and it looked like Sungyeon was getting upset.
- Fine. I'll just go.
She said, and got up from the floor.

- Sungyeon! Don't go!
I said, but she still left.
- You're so rude, you know that right?
I said to Seonghwa.
- I'm not trying to be mean. I'm just tired. We've been here all day.
He said.
- we're all tired.
Jongho said.

It seemed like no one cared that Sungyeon just ran out like that.
- She didn't mean to offend us. She's not used to listening to music.
Hongjoong said.
What? She didn't listen to music? How is that possible?
- I think it makes her head hurt or something like that.
Hongjoong continued.
- so why did she even come here?
Seonghwa asked.
- because... she wanted to spend time with us.
Yunho said.
- I feel bad now.
Yeosang said.
- we should have stopped her from leaving.
Hongjoong said.
- well, I'm definitely leaving too now.
I said, and looked at Hongjoong. He just smiled, and told me it was ok.
I went out of the practice room to go look for her. I went to Kyung's studio. But she wasn't there. Where did she go?
I think I know where she went. The rooftop.
She really seemed to like that place.
I took the elevator, and then walked up the stairs.
I looked around for her, but I didn't see her by the benches. So I went to the greenhouse.
There she is.
She was standing by the flowers, smelling them. She looked so beautiful.
When she saw me, she just sighed, and looked away, focusing on the flowers again.
I'm not letting her ignore me like that.
I walked closer to her, and wrapped my arms around her from behind.
- what are you doing?
She asked me.
- I'm hugging you.
I answered, and laughed.
She turned around, so I placed my hands on her waist. She looked me at me for a few seconds, then I noticed she was blushing.
- Mingi...
she started saying, but I couldn't let her finish the sentence. Because she would probably tell me to stop being like this.
So I leaned down and kissed her.

I thought she would push me away, but she didn't.
Instead she kissed me back.
