The next day, I woke up, almost thinking that I still hated my life. That is was still sad and lonely. But then I remembered that I'm not alone anymore. And that's why...I wasn't sad anymore.
Because I had Chanhee. She was my bestfriend.
And Mingi.. he was my friend. But he was also more than a friend.
And suddenly I couldn't stop smiling.
But is it enough?

- I totally need a cat as well, don't i?
I whispered to myself, and laughed.
Maybe I should just do it. I'll hide it in my room if I have to. Or a trash can.
Ok, maybe not a trash can.
I got out of bed, and put on some clothes. It would be a little cold outside, so I just wore some grey sweatpants, and a white hoodie. I usually wouldn't wear stuff like that when I went out, but it wasn't like I would walk into someone I knew.
- I'm going out!
I told Kyung, as I exited my room. I went to the hallway and put on my shoes.
- where are you going?
Kyung asked me, as he entered the hallway.
- I'm... going shopping.
I said.
- Maybe you should brush your hair.
He said, and laughed.
- Have you ever considered that I like it that way?
I asked him.
- Several times actually.
He said, making me laugh.
- Are you by any chance going to meet Chanhee?
Kyung asked me.
- No, why?
I asked him.
- it's nothing.
He said, and looked a bit nervous.
Please don't tell me he likes her.
She's my friend.
- if you guys end up dating I'll seriously move out.
I told kyung, and left the apartment.
Maybe I should.. move out. No, I couldn't do that to Kyung. He really liked having me here.

But living alone was like the ultimate step into adulthood. And then I could get a job,So that I could rent a nice place, and then Mingi could visit anytime he wants and we could do whatever we wanted to.
Wait what am I even thinking about?
I slapped myself, and walked to the bus.

• Mingi's POV•

Me and Yunho, had snuck out of the dorm, because we didn't have anything scheduled in the next five hours. We were both pretty tired of being stuck inside the dorm, and we wanted to eat chicken. We went to the usual place we visited when we snuck out. While we waited for our food, Yunho suddenly started staring at me in a funny way.
- what is it?
I asked him.
- you've been really happy the past two days.
He said.
- is that's a bad thing?
I asked him, and laughed.
- I'm just curious, what's the deal with you and Sungyeon?
He asked me.
I couldn't tell him. I actually couldn't tell anyone. I wasn't really allowed to date. None of us were.
- nothing is going on.
I said.
- You do know you can tell me anything?
He asked me.
- yeah, I know.
I said.
- I'm your best friend. I wouldn't tell anyone anything you don't want me to.
He said, and grinned.
He was my best friend. But would he be ok with me breaking the rules? It was one of the most serious rules as well.
- I'll ask just once. Are you guys a thing?
He asked me.
- A.. thing?
I asked, pretending to not understand what he was talking about. Then our food came. I was about to reach for it, but then Yunho grabbed it, pulling it away from me so I couldn't reach it.
- Tell me the truth or I'll eat your food.
He said.
- come on!
I said, and tried to take it from him. Then Yunho took a piece of my chicken, and ate it.
- you better tell me quickly before I eat it all.
He said, and laughed.
- Fine. we're dating!
I almost yelled.

At first I was a little worried because of fact that he knew now.
But I trust him. He wouldn't do anything that could harm me in any way.
- Just be careful that no one else finds out.
Yunho said.
- Yeah, I know.
I said.
- I'll cover for you anytime you need it.
He said, and grinned.
- I actually really like Sungyeon.
Yunho said.
- she's pretty amazing.
I said.
- but she's a little... hard to read.
Yunho said, and sighed.
- I know. But I don't mind.
I said.
- it's kind of makes her more interesting, doesn't it?
Yunho asked.
- it really does.
I said, and laughed.

We finished our food, and decided to just walk around, looking at store windows.
- isn't that Sungyeon?
Yunho asked me.
I looked in the direction he was looking, and I noticed a girl standing outside a pet store, looking at cats.
And her hair was sort of messy.
It's definitely Sungyeon.
