Bloody End

Glai and I slept soundly when I was awakened by an oozing of fluid from my left side where Glaiza laid. I opened my eyes to see if Glaiza peed on the bed. Laking gulat ko ng tumambad sa akin si Bianca, standing over Glai's body. Bianca had blood all over herself, her eyes swollen as tears dripped down from her eyes. She looked so out of it. I looked at Glaiza's body and saw that there were multiple stab wounds. I panicked internally but didn't show Bianca, I spoke to her.

"Babe, tumawag ka ng ambulansya." I said to her.

"Walang tatawag ng ambulansya Rhian!" Bianca exclaimed.

Her voice was different, it was like the last time, when she had a drug problem. I touched Glai's wrist to feel for a pulse with out breaking eye contact from Bianca.

"Babe, you're scaring me." I pleaded with her.

"Bakit Rhian? Natakot ka bang mahalin si Glai? Hindi diba? Biglaan ka na lang sumama sa kanya." Bianca said her voice laced with pain.

Glai had no pulse. Tears started to well up in my eyes.

"Babe... Maawa ka please." I pleaded to her.

"Akala mo basta-basta na lang lahat?" Bianca questioned me.

"Babe, ano bang pinagsasasabi mo?" I said to her.

"Hindi mo man lang ako inilaban Rhian, nangako ka sakin eh, sabi mo di mo ako pakakawalan." She said crying.

"Ikaw ang nagsabi diba? Sabi mo hayaan na kita." Sumbat ko sa kanya as I cried myself.

"So kasalanan ko pa?" She said as she grabbed me by the hair sabay tutok ng kutsilyo na hawak nya sa leeg ko.

"H-hindi babe." I said as tears fell down my eyes.

"Babe, I love calling you babe, did you know that?" She said habang hawak nya pa din ang buhok ko, she traces a line enough to cut through the skin to my neck, not so deep but enough to make me bleed.

I winced in pain from the cut she made.

"Pero nang dahil sa putanginang babaeng to." She said as she stabs Glaiza's lifeless body on the torso once again.

"Wala na, nakalimutan mo na lahat ng ipinangako mo sakin." She said crying.

"Babe, please. Tumawag tayo ng ambulansya." I said to her crying.

"No Rhian!" She said as she puts her arm around my neck.

"Babe, nag-usap na tayo diba? Nagsorry na ako. I'm sorry babe. I didn't mean to hurt you." I said as tears still fell down my eyes.

"You expect me to forget you that fast Rhian!? When you knew I loved you since we were younger!" She screamed at me as she cuts my wrist another time not too deep but just enough for me to bleed.

I cried in pain, I don't know which pain was it, is it the pain of hearing Bianca's reasons for snapping or the pain of knowing I lost Glaiza.

"Babe, please. You're hurting me." I cried out to her.

"Not as much as you've hurt me Rhian!" She said.

"Babe, I'm sorry." I said crying.

She laughed at my reply, her laughs filled the room.

"Sorry? Sorry para saan Rhian? Paki-explain!" She said.

"P-para sa lahat ng ginawa ko, naduwag ako subukan Bianca, kase ayaw kitang mahirapan sa pag-pili." I said still crying.

"So you took the easy way out?" She asked me.

"Babe, please. Call an ambulance." I pleaded to her.
