It was Saturday I woke up to Bianca in her bed. She was holding me in her arms as she slept soundly. I smiled at her as I brushed her hair with my hand. I tucked the stray hairs behind her ear before kissing her on the head. Tinanggal ko na ang ulo nya na nasa balikat ko. Iniulo ko ito sa unan. I freshened up myself and went down to their kitchen. I smiled at Manang Lucy.

"Good morning po Manang Lucy." I said to her.

"Good morning din sayo Rhian." She smiled back.

"Manang, ipapagluto ko po sila Bianca ng breakfast." I said smiling at her.

"O sige Rhian, namiss ka na ni Bianca, may dalawang taon ka ding hindi masyado nagpapakita." Yaya Lucy smiled.

"Oo nga po eh, miss na miss ko na din po si Sam." I said to Yaya Lucy.

"Maya-maya lang gising na yan si Sam." Yaya said as she handed me my cup of coffee.

"Salamat po, sige na yaya ako na bahala sa breakfast nila, magkape ka din muna dyan." I said smiling as I got some onions and potatoes.

I planned to make onion and potato hash, french toasts and poached eggs. I washed the potatoes and peeled the onions. I grated both of them and placed them in a towel.

"Manang, pakipiga po yung patatas at sibuyas tapos ilagay nyo ho dito." I said to her as I handed her a bowl.

"Sige hija." She said smiling.

I cracked four eggs in a bowl, beaten them and then poured out some milk in it and seasoned it with cinnamon and nutmeg. I sliced the tasty bread into half triangles, I soaked the bread into the mixture before frying it in a buttered pan. Pinapakuluan ko naman ang isang kaserolang tubig sa kabilang burner. Nang matapos nang pigain ni manang ang patatas at sibuyas na ginayad ko kanina sa grater, ininit ko na ang isa pang frying pan.

I felt like someone was watching over me, kaya nilingon ko ito, I saw Bianca approaching me with a smile on her lips.

"Good morning babe." I greeted her with a smile.

She tip toes and gives me a quick kiss on my lips before saying.

"Good morning, babe. Aga mo ata today." She said smiling.

"Ay, syempre. Papaglutuan ko kayo nila Tita Ma ng breakfast." I chuckled at her.

"Wow ha, papalakas ka nanaman." Tatawa-tawang sabi ni Bianca.

"Tse! Tahimik! Hindi ako nagpapalakas kela Tita Ma at Tito Pa noh, malakas naman talaga ako eh." Sabay kindat ko sa kanya as I cracked an egg into the boiling water.

Bianca poured herself a mug of coffee and places 1 teaspoon of creamer, and two teaspoons of sugar into the mug. Before taking a sip, she blows her coffee first. I continued frying the potatoes and onions which I seasoned with salt and pepper.

I got one of the plates from the dish rack. I wiped the plate with a towel. I placed two slices of french toast into the plate, I laid the hash from the frying pan and topped it on the french toast and finally the poached eggs on top. I sprinkled some salt and pepper on top of the poached eggs before serving the plate to Bianca.

"Thank you." She said.

I plated the rest into plates and laid them on designated spots at the table. As I was finishing up with plating, Tita Ma and Tito Pa entered the kitchen.

"Good morning Hija." Said Tita Ma.

"Good morning din po Tita Ma. Upo na po kayo ni Tito Pa as breakfast is already served po." I said smiling.

"Hay naku ka talagang Bata ka, ikaw nanaman ang nagluto ng breakfast namin." Tita Ma said chuckling.

"Oo nga naman hija, andyan naman si Manang Lucy." Said Tito Pa.
