It was Friday the last day of School. My morning consisted of Breakfast with Bianca at ang intermittent na Text Messages ni Glai. We struck up a conversation after Wednesday. I was already at school when I received another text from Glai.
Glai: Miss President, malelate po ako, there's a car accident along Quiapo. 😕
Me: Sige, ingat ka with driving. I'll take care of the seminar myself. Thank you for letting me know. 😊
Glai: Ugh! I have coffee pa naman for you. This is going to get cold by the time I get to school. Bad trip! 😩
Me: Oi, ok lang. I love cold coffees. LOL. 😜
Glai: Perfect. I'll get you your cold coffee shortly. 😉
Me: Thank you for the coffee. Kahit na sinabi ko sayo wag ka na mag-abala. 🙄
Glai: Hindi ka naman abala sa akin Miss President. Never. 😉
Me: Weh?! 🤔 Naku tigilan mo ko Galura ha? Nambobola ka nanaman. Wag ako.
Glai: Wait brb. Cars are moving na. Be right there in a wee bit. 😉
Me: Drive safely. 😜
I put my phone back to my jean's back pocket as I arranged the Certificates for the Keynote Speakers. We were holding seminars on Stress Management. Which was perfect because I was stressed beyond belief. With several more projects to implement for the whole school year both on my department and the Central, goodluck talaga sa stress levels ko. Sigurado akong magwawalling at magiiyak nanaman ako before this year ends. I shook the thoughts off and continued typing on my laptop.
"Babe, yung certificates naayos mo na ba? We're almost ready to start." Bianca said.
"Working on it, kalamayin mo ang sarili mo babe." Sabay kindat ko sa kanya.
She shook her head as she laughed at me.
"Babe, kaya tayo napagkakamalang mag-jowa eh. Dahil sa kakaganyan mo." She said laughing.
"Babe, okay lang naman, single ka at ako din, maganda ka at ako din." I said as I saved the file on a USB.
"Sweet ka at ako din." I said as I kissed her quickly on her lips.
Hinampas ako ni Bianca sa braso.
"Mamaya na landi, babe. Ipaprint mo na yan." She said seriously.
"Aray ko, babe ah." I pouted at her.
"Ikaw kase, ang harot mo nanaman eh." She said to me.
"Okay, I'll be right back my King." I said to her sabay kindat at takbo ko.
Naglalakad na ako pa-comlab ng magvibrate ang phone ko.
Glai: Kakapark ko lang sa school, asan ka? 😊
Me: Papunta ako ng comlab. Magpapaprint. 😊
Glai: Wait, I think I spotted you. 😂
Me: Okay, I can't stop walking, need to get to comlab. 😜
