At dinner we talked about human life and mermaid life, Celeste was fascinated by the stories. When Nixie was telling a story two small white creatures appeared up behind her, I looked down and saw that the two creatures were cats. Nothing to be afraid of but for Nixie it was, "What is that?!"

Celeste looked down and laughed "Oh that's just Poseidon and Triton our cats, they're nothing but sweet"

Nixie got out of her seat "They don't seem sweet if they want my fish"

I laughed and ate my tuna, Poseidon came near me I snook him a piece of tuna and he quickly ran away with the fish still in his mouth. "Looks like he likes his fish too" I said, Celeste nodded and Aunt Rosa smiled.

Once we ate all of our dinner I was extremely tiered from all the walking, we out our plates away and scurried off to find Celeste. She continued to show us around the other parts of the house, where she slept, study room and a balcony.

When we stepped on to what Celeste called the balcony "It's beautiful out here, especially because we can see the sea. When it's a sunny day I sit out here and watch the waves roll by, and also watch the hot surfers too" She told us. "It is a shame though, I can't go surfing or go swimming with my friends. It's like when I was 7 we all had to go to swimming classes with the school but we had to say I was allergic to chlorine"

"What's chlorine?" Addison asked.

Celeste shrugged "It's this kind of acid they put into the water, something like that. But when I was invited to beach parties and everybody went in the sea I had to stay the sea water hurt my skin"

"Great cover up story" Nixie muttered.

Celeste looked over to Nixie, she turned away but I could see Nixie was sniggering. "How about we all go for a swim?" I asked.

Addison shook her head, and so did Echo, Nixie, Maya and Melody. Everybody except Celeste shook their heads "Fine, we'll go swimming for a while without you" Celeste said walking back inside the house. I followed after her, she guided me back to the grotto and down the steps to the tunnel.

"Don't worry if you can't see anything, it's just a small tunnel that lasts for 10 seconds" She told me. "It's barely dark"

I nodded, and then she dived into the water. I followed after her, as soon as I had hit the water I immediately turned into the mermaid I really was. Watching Celeste swim, she was very gracious like me and swam at an incredible speed like Echo.

After being on land, my lungs were now not used to be filled with water in able for me to talk under water. So now I couldn't talk, yet still breathe, once we were out of the tunnel the coral reefs made the water seem like an enormous rainbow. The small exotic fish didn't hide away as we came by, they greeted us as we swam coming closer and swimming by our sides.

Celeste stopped by a small orange coral reef and turned around to face me. She smiled, the fish were now swimming right by me, I looked up and saw a small boat right above our heads. Celeste put a finger to her mouth and I nodded, the fish quickly disappeared into the reefs.

Once the boat had slowly past we swam up and saw the blue sky above us "There just some teens fishing. Some of the teens go out to Merrow and fish there, I usually mess with them, care to join me?" Celeste said.

I laughed "Don't mind if I do"
