Cato and I walked to Aunt Rosa's. He was pleased to have two other family members in our life as their was only me,him and our mother. A small family that we were was starting to expand, i knocked on the door and we were greeted by Aunt Rosa in her lounging clothes and a book titled 'The Catcher In the Rye'.

"Lyla! This must be the famous brother Cato we hear about. Oh dear Cato! My own nephew! You have a cousin, Lyla will show you to her" Aunt Rosa welcomed us both in and i pulled his arm up the stairs to be greeted by my friends and Celeste. Aunt Rosa, Celeste and the girls were unaware of the events that had happened, but for now it was between me, only me.

We sat down and i had noticed that Maya had developed a small liking for Cato in a romantic type way. I had found it sweet, two merls utterly in love. Echo and now sweet Maya, it was amazing what the human world did to mermaids.

"So Cato, hell has'nt broken out back in bermuda?" Nixie joked.

Cato smiled "No unfortuantely, but many of the merfolk were wondering as to what had happened between the six gilded. So my mother set me out to check up and here i am. But i am intreiged about this Zach boy, Lyla was assulting this Zach and i could sense not tension but love. Its a special gift i have to know a persons emotion towards one and another"

Nixie sniggered I shot her a warning look and she immediately snapped out of it, but yet Cato carried on "If you don't get that last piece you can never return to Bermuda or any other ocean regions" He said.

"Oh that's fine, Lyla is getting close to Zach and he doesn't know a thing about who we truly are. Mermaids" Nixie said.

Oh no. Goodbye friends, you are going to hate me forever "But I met this Zach when he had a tail, he saw me swimming and then Lyla came up to us and that was when she spat Land Boy at him"

I'm such a clam.

All eyebrows were raised, including Aunt Rosa's and Celeste's "But Zach wouldn't know she's a mermaid unless she told him" Addison said to me.

I put my head in my hands "He found out! Shayla pushed me into the water when I was down by the dock. Zach saw what happened and saw my tail, I explained it to him yet he wouldn't listen, I asked for the necklace but he said 'You are never going to be Gilded'" I explained.

Nixie, Addison, Maya and Melody looked furious, Echo didn't dare to look at me "I'm sorry! You may be losing your families too well look how I feel! I won't see Cato again" In all the madness I ran out of the house for the second time round, Cato followed after me as I heard his heavy footsteps.

"Lyla I know you are mad but you have still a few days left, don't let it get to you" He said to me.

I stopped in my place and turned around to face him "Cato, you won't understand they have been mad at me one to many times. Just go back inside and tell the girls I have gone for a swim"

"Are you going for a swim?"

"No I'm going to get that necklace"
