I only swam back to Aunt Rosas and dried myself off, but then I found my way out of the grotto and to the kitchen where everybody usually sat "Guys, Luke knows we are mermaids and I think he knew about Zach from the start" I said to them.

They didn't flinch "Oh I'm sorry, but you were the one who ruined our chances of becoming Gildeds" Nixie spat "So why should we help you?"

I walked over to them "because Zach will be after all of us, trying to expose us in pure public an act of revenge. We need to get him back and at the same time get that necklace. We need to persuade him that we are doing it for his own good. Cato, you are helping us too"

He smiled I looked around to see Aunt Rosa and Celeste had disappeared, school. It was what land people went to and we had mermaid school not a major difference but at least a Shayla didn't exist in mermaid school. "We go to Aunt Rosa's school try to expose him and then get that necklace, the full moon is only in a few days" I said.

"Agreed?" I asked.

"Agreed"

We got to the school quickly running, Cato followed behind us. I had felt sorry for him as he was only staying overnight at The Ravine and I wanted to spend more time with him, but once we got to the school we split up into groups.

"Melody and Addison, you merls go around the area and circle them in. Nixie and Maya you will try get him close to the water fountain and Me, Echo and Cato will use our powers to get water on him or near him. Once he transforms into a merman pull the fire alarm that can trigger something now let's go" I ordered.

We all nodded and split up, I couldn't see Zach but I spotted Luke he didn't see me. I smiled and we marched into the school, Cato smiled too his visit had become more than a check-up-on-you visit. His visit was like a mission and it was like when we were little when we pretended to be apart of the army. We looked around the school trying to find either Nixie or Addison, it didnt take long before we found Zach.

He was running towards the fountin, i smiled with glory the plan had worked in the distance i spotted Melody hiding behind a podium her hand was moving back and forth the mouth was moving,she was casting a spell. I looked back and forth Zach was standing just behind the fountin, then right on cue the bell was sounded.

I smiled and Cato walked towards the bell that was making the sound "What is that loud thing?" He asked.

"It just a bell, something that taps something to create a loud noise. Now come on Cato we have some business to work out" I told him.

He spotted us and frowned but then Nixie pushed him back into the fountin. We ran over yet Zach was his merman self and not amused "What are you doing? If anybody finds me out here we are all done for it!" He snapped.

I smiled and folded my arms "Oh dont worry" i began "Melody put a spell on you, nobody can see you expect us. But she can easily remove it with just the click of her fingers, showing your merman self. The necklace"

I held my hand out "The necklace" i repeated he huffed and Zach pulled his necklace straight off he didnt change but he pulled himself out of the fountain "You have an hour to get yourself dried, then Melody will remove the spell and you shall be seen again understand?"

"Yes Lyla, now you can be a Gilded and swim in the sea with your little fishy friends and i will go back to my normal life like you said"
