I quickly unturned myself invisible so now I was completely seen but it didn't bother me, but trying to get the tablet piece bothered me loads. When I grabbed it off the wall in its case the thing was locked and solid it was, but the door then slowly creaked open and a woman entered in.

"What are you doing?" The woman asked.

We all exchanged looks until somebody spoke "We were looking to come to school here?" Maya said.

The woman looked startled, her eyebrows were raised and her arms were folded "And did you come to get an appointment? Well if so, I need to speak to your parents" We all looked around the room except I, focusing on the woman's wrist I saw the failed gilded sign. A small infinity sigh in gold and a blue, no other human could have this except a mermaid.

I took hold of her wrist and turned it over, "Your wrist, it has the gilded sign" I said to her.

She pulled away and looked down at her wrist, the woman huffed "Gilded? How do you know about them only the mer-" She stopped herself as if she was about to say Merfolk but I quickly finished it off for her.

"Merfolk, mermaids, mermen. Everybody knows about them, and you seemingly are a mermaid. Based on that mark in your wrist, only a failed gilded can have it and nobody on land could copy it either as the ink is made from squids ink in the marinas trench" I told her.

"What are you merls doing here? Your supposed to be in the ocean not on human land, it's not where you belong"

"Sorry but we can't do that" Echo spoke "On the 16th moon we were all picked to become gildeds. And we need to find the golden tablet pieces. That is one on your wall but we have already found one yesterday"

The woman looked at the tablet peice then back to us, "Who are you girls?" She asked us.

I took a step forward "Im lyla Marina Silverfate, and these are my freinds and fellow future gildeds. Echo, Maya, Melody, Addison and Nixie" I told her.

The minute i said Silverfate we took notice and stared at me hard "Silverfate? Are you any relations to Sylia Silverfate?" I nodded as a response "Shes my sister, Sylia, im Sylia's sister Rosa"

"Aunt Rosa?"

She nodded, i ran over and hugged her tight. I had finally met my aunt, the woman i had seen in the pictures. Next to my mother here she was, my aunt Rosa, her long blonde hair from the pictures was now short in small blonde curls that fell just above her shoulder. In her blonde hair was still the mermaid traitional with seashells involved.

"I have a niece! Oh and you have a cousin Lyla, my daughter Celeste shes 16 like you! You merls are welcome to come back to my home after school finishes!"

I smiled and so did the girls "I also have a brother, hes called Cato. He would love to finally meet you!" Aunt Rosa let go of me and she sat down on her chair, the rest of us smiled and Echo took the picture off the wall. Aunt Rosa then quickly scavanged through a drawer next to her left. I looked around the room, pictures of the sea were on the wall.

"Here it is!" Aunt Rosa then quickly shoved the key down the lock, then the second peice was revealed. Echo smiled and i finally had the chance to sit down and relax. But my time with my aunt was not finished with her. "You are happy to stay here as long as you like, when anybody asks say that im your aunt. The students and teachers will refer me to Principal or Mrs Silverfate"

"But you said Mrs, did you get married?" Addison asked.

Aunt Rosa looked up "Yes, i did get married. But i wanted to keep Silverfate, the name is important to me and to my daughter" I smiled and she then told us that it was now breaktime. I didnt know of this meaning so i nodded along when Aunt Rosa headed for the door she stopped herself one last time "You are free to wonder around my school until the end of the day, but please be careful"

Echo smiled in hoping for to find Ethan, but i wondered if Zach would be here.

"Well see you girls later!" She shouted.

The door then closed, "Well what we going to do? Go for a swim?" Addison asked.

I started to walk towards the door "You can, i want to look around this human school" I told her.

"Im staying too" Echo said.

"Same!" Maya cried out.

"Might as well" Melody said.

"Well if you guys are staying" Nixie muttured.

"Well i might as well stay" Addison laughed.

Then we all headed out of the door into the land school.
