Me Miah and Kyrien are at Dcfs in the waiting room. I had a hard time getting miah away from Kejuan and ramerio. Were currently waiting on the social worker. Miahs sitting in my lap right now "Miah what's this on your face baby" I said seeing the faint mark on her face.
"I scratched myself" she mumbled "when" I said "when I had a panic attack the other day" she said I hugged her "Ka'Miah Rumsey" someone said I looked up seeing the social worker. "Come on" I said getting up grabbing kyriens carseat we went back to a room. "Ok good after noon to you both what's up with you guys today" she asked.
"Ok so I got a phone call from her father while out at a event with my boyfriend and son that She needed to be picked up" I said "right" she said writing what I said down on the paper. "Her brother witch is my boyfriend was talking to her cause she did get in trouble with her dad something wasnt right about the whole thing" I said
"Right" she said "come here miah" I said "so we were talking and out of no where Miah blurts out He hits me for no reason" the social workers eyes got big "so I kicked ramerio out of the room and I talked to her and she showed me all the Mark's on her, and I seen this" i said showing her the pictures of all the Mark's "omg that almost looks like" i cut her off finishing her sentantce "a belt buckle it is it's right here" I said pulling miahs shirt up as ramerio and Kejuan walked in the room "and he did this to her" she said "No No her dad did this" Miah went to Kejuan "you can tell shes very attached to this young man" she said pointing to Kejuan
Kejuan picked her up "her dad beat her with his hands a belt an extension cord and a sandle" ramerio said sitting down covering his face with his hand "how do you know this" the social worker asked "I just talked to the guy" he said getting irratated. I grabbed his hand "so you went back to where yall picked her up from" she asked "me and him did"ramerio said pointing at him and Kejuan
"Ok so he admitted to beating her" the social worker said ramerio slammed his head down on the table "ramerio" I said trying not to laugh he sat up " yes he admitted to doing it no I dont have proof of him admitting to it he beat my sister I'm not taking her back to that house so either give me custody of my sister or I'm taking her and fleeing the country" ramerio said standing up.
"Sir calm down" she said "I wouldnt have done that" i said "Me calm down?? He beat the fuck outta my little sister who yall mafucka's told me was dead if it wasnt for me being fucking famous I would never ever fucking no she was alive you gave her to a Convicted Felon and told her I was dead"
I sighed getting up "sit down" he said looking at me "before I got famous I had money so do not fucking tell me I can not raise a child on my own cause I'm raising a 2 month old and hes just fine" he said his eye was twitching I walked over to him pushing him back "stop" I said pushing him to the door "I want full custody and I want it right now right now" he yelled
I pushed him out of the room "Move kiana" he said "ramerio stop" I said pushing him to a empty room. I closed the door "he beat my sister man move" he said "aye stop" I said sitting him in a chair "you need to calm down before they tell you you cant have custody because of this" I said sitting in his lap. I kissed him.
"He layed hands on my baby sister for no reason" he said looking at me "I know baby but look were gonna get custody of her and were gonna be good" i said touching the side of his face. "What if we dont what if they wont give me custody of her cause of my age" i said "I'll have a long talk with josiah" I said "I couldn't make him do that kiana" he said "it will bring her to you and me won't it" I said kissing him"
"Ion no" he said "let's go get this shit done so we can go home" ramerio said. I stood up "Keep acting like that I'll bite your nipple" I said "I might like that" he said as we walked over to the door "mhmm" I said we went into the room "ok look I'm sorry for what just happened but look when it comes to my fam-" ramerio started but got cut off bye the social worker "I get it" she said.
