"Why are we leaving? I like it here, Kori." Cela whined, and I sighed.

"I know baby, but we have to leave. The new housing manger wants us gone." I replied, and she frowned.

"But every time I leave a place, something bad happens." She murmured, her voice audibly cracking.

"Nothing bad is going to happen, Cela." I replied, as I pulled her into a hug.

"I love you, Kori." She mumbled, and I smiled.

"I love you too, baby." I said back, as I kissed her head.

We began packing up what we needed and wanted, leaving behind all of our old furniture. Marshall had offered to help yesterday, but I didn't want him to feel like he had to help. I didn't even tell the girls we were leaving until this morning. I was honestly scared to tell them, since I didn't know how they'd react to the news at all. Anyhow, I went into my room and slipped on a pair of fabric shorts and a singlet, before grabbing boxes to pack up my room. I had Emi sitting in her room watching cartoons, since I didn't want her packing by herself.

Once all of my clothes, shoes, jewlery, and other personal belongings were packed, as were pictures and CDs, I began to pack up Emi's room. Cela had finished her room, and made herself and Emi lunch, as I packed up Emi's room. Surprisingly, it didn't take long, so I made myself lunch as well once I was done.

"We need to pack up the food, kitchen stuff, bedding, and stuff like that soon, cause Marshall wants us to call him as we're done so he can help." I stated, and the girls nodded.

Cela and I packed up the kitchen stuff, as well as the food, before we started on the bedding and other random things we needed to pack. As Cela was packing our blankets into a box, I texted Marshall that we were almost done. Then I tapped up the box, before I started packing the DVDs and CDs in the living room, as Cela packed the pictures.

By the time we had finished packing, Marshall knocked on the door. I opened it, and seen he had his girls with him. The girls hugged me, as he handed me Whitney. They came inside and the girls looked around at the empty house.

"Wow, everything's gone." Lanie commented, and Hailie nodded in agreement.

"All the boxes are tapped and ready to be moved." I said, and Marshall nodded.

"Good, cause I've got us a couple helpers." He replied, before his two friends Proof and 50 Cent walked inside.

"Nice to finally meet you, Kori." Proof said, and I smiled.

"You as well." I replied, before I showed them where all of the boxes were.

I had Cela and Lanie watching Whitney in her play pen, as Hailie and Emi ran around playing tag, and the rest of us carried stuff out. Marshall had rented a Uhaul truck, which we used to pack everything into. About two hours later, we had finally got everything packed up inside of the truck.

"We're going to follow you to Marshall's so we can help unload the boxes." 50 said, and I nodded.

"C'mon girls, time to leave." I stated, as I picked up Whitney.

Proof took down her play pen, as Marshall hooked her carseat up in my car. The girls began to argue over who was riding with me and Whitney, which made me shake my head with a giggle.

"Girls, I'll just pull up the arm rest and we'll have enough room for all of you in my car." I said, and they cheered.

Cela sat up front, as did Lanie, but she sat in the middle. Hailie and Emi climbed into the back, before I buckled Whitney into her car seat. Once all the girls were in my car, Marshall walked over. He stood in front of me, before he ran his hand down my arm, stopping at my elbow.

"Follow behind me, okay?" He said, and I nodded.

He pulled out of the driveway first, before I followed behind him, and the guys followed behind me. I had the windows down, letting the girls feel the fresh air. Cela and I were the only ones with our hair up in pony tails. Once we arrived at Marshall's, I grabbed Whitney as the girls climbed out of my car.

"Hailie and Lanie will show the girls where their rooms are." Marshall stated, as I carried Whitney inside.

I sat Whitney down in her bouncer, before we all began to unload the Uhaul. We carried everything inside and out the boxes in their designated rooms. Once we were done, Proof and 50 bid their farewells, before leaving and taking the Uhaul back to the company they had rented it from.

I looked around my room, which was a decent size and had a king size bed. I unboxed all my belongings, before going to check on my girls. Cela's room was awesome, she had a full size bed. She had luckily unpacked everything, but she ended up falling asleep from working so hard today. I then went and checked on Emi, who happened to be playing with her dolls on her twin size, princess, sleigh bed. When I walked in, I seen Marshall putting her things away.

"You didn't have to do that." I said, and he shook his head.

"It's fine, I wanted to help anyway." He replied, and I smiled.

"Thank you, Marshall." I commented, and he looked at me confused.

"For what?" He asked, and I sighed.

"For taking us in. For giving us a home, when someone was making us leave. Someone was going to make us homeless, unless I went all the way back to Charming, but instead you took us in and gave us a home. You have my everlasting gratitude, Marshall." I answered, and he smiled.

"You're welcome, but to be honest, if you hadn't have been so amazing with my girls and so helpful, I don't know what I would've done. Now, I don't know how I'd survive a day without you, when I'm so busy and can't be with my girls, and you're always there for them." He replied, and I smiled as well.

Today was changing my life, our lives, for the better...
