Marshall has been in a bad mood these last few days, which confused me a lot. About two days after the One Direction concert, he came home from the studio pissed off and went straight to his at home studio. I decided against bothering him, not sure why he was angry to begin with. I wanted to know, believe me, I did, but I didn't want him angry with me, or in his case, angrier than he was when he had first gotten home. Since it's been a few days though, I didn't think it was exactly healthy for him to come home so angry everyday.

So, I decided if he came home angry today, I'd talk to him, and again, he came home angry. I had Cela keep the girls downstairs watching Teen Titans Go, something they all liked to watch, as I headed upstairs to Marshall and my room, since today he didn't go to his in home studio. I knocked on the door, but their wasn't an audible answer. I sighed, before opening the door and seeing Marshall sitting at the side of the bed with his head in his hands. I closed the door behind me quietly, before walking over to him, and sitting down beside him.

"Marshall, is there something wrong?" I asked, and he shook his head.

"No, it's nothing. Go back to the girls." He replied, and I narrowed my eyes at him.

"Marshall, we agreed we'd both help each other in this relationship and-" I began, before he cut me off.

"I don't need fucking help." He spat, and I sighed.

"I'm not saying you do, Marshall. I'm saying I'm here so you can talk to me about whatever could be bothering you. Please, it's not healthy for you or the girls, when you're coming home angry everyday. I've been trying to keep them from noticing, but now they think their Daddy is mad at them." I said, and Marshall groaned.

He threw himself back on the bed, with his arms spread open. I looked over at him, as he looked back down towards me with a somber look on his face. I knew bitching at him wasn't going to help, but sometimes it was the easiest way to open his eyes. He laid there breathing evenly for a few moments, almost making me feel a bit edgy, but soon he sighed and ran his hand down his face.

"Look, Kori, I'm sorry. I'm trying with this whole functional family thing, but it's hard, ya know? I was so used to Kim being such a bitch when I'd come home everyday, and I couldn't get an ounce of piece. With you, I can finally hear myself think and the girls are well taken care of." He said, and I bit my lip.

"Is that why you're mad? Cause you're comparing me to Kim?" I asked, and he shook his head with a sigh leaving his lips as well.

"Hell, I wish. This bitch named Ja Rule has been beefing with me for a while, as 50 is beefing with Murder Inc, and all this shit is piling on top of us. I heard him say Hailie's name on a song, and I just lost it. He pretty much said she was going to be a crack whore, because she'd end up being a mix of my mom and Kim." Marshall stated, and I gasped.

"Are you fucking serious?! What'd you say to that?!" I asked, and he sighed.

"I was so pissed; can't really remember what all I said. I know I said he needed to keep my family out of his mouth, and that you'd teach Hailie right from wrong." He answered, and I sighed with a nod.

"Oh Marshall, I'm so sorry everything is so tough right now." I commented, and he shook his head.

"S'not your fault. I'll just need to put extra security on you and the girls. I don't know what the crazy fucker is capable of." He stated, and I nodded.

He sat up on the bed, and I quickly wrapped my arms around him. He wrapped his around my waist, as he buried his face into my neck. We stayed in this position for a few moments, as I let him try and get rid of the stress he was carrying from the beef. I knew there wasn't much I could do but support him, though I planned on being the biggest support system I possibly could for him.

"I'm going to support you, no matter what you do, okay?" I said, and he smiled.

"Fuck, I love you." He stated, and I gasped.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting him to be the first one to say that. I thought I would be the first one to say those three words. He was the best thing in my life, and there wasn't anything or anyone that could change that.

"I love you too, Marshall." I replied, before he kissed me.

I slowly pulled away, before standing up. He stood up as well, before he and I headed downstairs by the girls.

"You sit with your girls. I'll order pizza for dinner tonight." I stated, and he nodded.

He went and sat in the living room with the girls, as I ordered four pizzas. Once they came, I paid for them, grabbed paper plates, and set everything on the table in front on the furniture. I then sat down beside Marshall, before he wrapped his arm around my shoulders. We ate pizza and watched cartoons, as the girls all talked amongst each other, sometimes to Marshall and I. Anyone in the world would think we were the perfect family, even though we weren't quite perfect. From an outsider's point of view, Marshall and I were married with five kids, but we knew he and I had our own kids, but treated each kids as our own, rather they were or not. We were the definition of a functional dysfunctional family, and I couldn't ask for any better...
