{3rd POV}

It was a quiet night in the Atlas dust mines, after a long days work the faunus labor force was in the middle of switching shifts. A young Y/n sat outside the tunnels with his tail wrapped around his legs staring at the dirt as all the overworked Faunus left back to the camp for the night.

???: Sorry I kept you waiting Y/n.

Y/n looks up to see his big brother Adam Taurus, he was covered in dirt and had small cuts over his face and arm.

You: Its Fine.

Y/n goes back to looking at the ground, Adam takes notice and slumps down next to his brother.

Adam: You should look to the sky instead of the ground.

You: Huh?

Adam: Just look up, even in the pitch black sky the stars shine bright. Think of each star as a possible future for us and tonight there are lot of stars burning bright.

The Taurus brothers both gazed up at the sky one with bright blue eyes and the other with E/c eyes. Without words they both dreamed of a life when they'd one day leave the tunnels to find their place in the world.

{Y/n's POV}

You wake up to find yourself in what looks like an infirmary, you held your head in pain remember how you got here.

You: Oh right guess I overdid it a little, but why did I have a dream like that all of sudden.

???: Well look who's up.

You looked up to see your new partner Vlad entering the room.

You: Oh hey partner, how long have I been out?

Vlad: (Sighs) You really are an idiot aren't you, it's been 3 hours.

You: That long huh so where are the others?

Vlad: At the ceremony, it just started so I came to drag your ass out of bed but since your up let's go.

You: So bossy but yeah your right let's go.

Vlad: (smirks) After you partner.

{Time Skip}

You and Vlad just made it to the auditorium just in time for Ozpin to announce the next team.

Ozpin: Jaune Arc. Lie Ren. Pyrrha Nikos. Nora Valkyrie. The four of you retrieved the white rook pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as Team JNPR.

Amid the clapping, Nora laughs and gives Ren a hug.

Ozpin: Led by... Jaune Arc!

Jaune: Huh? L-Led by...?

Ozpin: Congratulations, young man.

A grinning Pyrrha offers a friendly shoulder bump to Jaune, but her "fine leader" is knocked over and falls to his butt in front of the laughing audience.

You: Wow he's going to be leader.

Vlad: I'm surprised too thought for sure Pyrrha would become the leader, think Ozpin made a mistake?

You: No, He May not be that strong but strength isn't the only thing that makes a leader.

Ozpin: And finally: Y/n Taurus. Wendy Nyx. Vladimir Leblanc. And Tobias Gorgon. (He motions for you and Vlad along with the two other students to stand by him) The four of you retrieved the white queen pieces. From this day onward you will work together as team TWLT (Twilight). Led by Y/n Taurus.
