As their sixth year at Hogwarts begins, Annalise Wood and James Sirius Potter are at the peak of their rivalry. To say they hated eachother would be an understatement.
Although sometimes they brought out the worst in eachother, they also brought out...

"MUM, DID YOU SEE my jumper?"
"Check your closet"
"Mum! James won't get out of the bathroom!"
"James, get out Lily's bathroom."
"But Al's in my bathroom."
"Mum my jumper isn't in my closet!"
"Mum did you see my broom?"
"Figure it out kids!" Ginny Potter yelled from down stairs, fed up with all the yelling back and forth. The kids still didn't listen, yelling down questions, and arguing with each other. She sighed, rolling her eyes. When did her kids ever listen to her. It was just another day at the Potter household.
The three Potter siblings were busy upstairs, rummaging around, trying to finish up some last minute packing.
James Sirius Potter, the eldest child of Harry and Ginny Potter, stood in front of the bathroom mirror. He ran his fingers through his hair, trying to get it to stay down. There was just once piece that wouldn't lay flat.
The door banged loudly. "How many times have I told you to get out of my bathroom." Lily growled from the outside.
"But Al's using my bathroom."
"I don't care."
"But-"
"Get. Out." He heard Lily say, through gritted teeth from the other side of the door. He gulped, turning to unlock the door. He didn't want to deal with an angry Lily Potter today. Who was he kidding. He never wanted to deal with an angry Lily Potter. Even though she was just in her second year, she was a menace. Everyone always said she had gotten their mum's temper.
He opened the door and Lily stood outside waiting. She scowled at him and stormed into the bathroom, slamming the door loudly.
James made his way back to his bedroom. He checked his closet and his room to make sure he wasn't forgetting anything. He always forgot something. In just an hour the Potter family would be off to King's Cross. It was the first of September which meant Hogwarts was starting today. The Hogwarts express departed at 11 AM sharp, and their mum always made sure they were on time, although they have had some very close calls in the past. His precious LightingStreak 2001 lay in its case on his bed. He glanced at the quidditch captain badge laying on his nightstand. He beamed proudly, always dreaming of having that badge pinned onto his robes.
Quidditch was James' favorite thing in the entire world. It was the one thing he was truly passionate about. He loved everything about quidditch. From the feeling of flying on a broomstick, to the thrill of the game, and the rush of energy he got everytime he threw the quaffle through the hoops. He was a chaser just like his mum had been when she played for the Holyhead Harpies. Al didn't really like playing quidditch that much, and Lily played seeker just like their father.
