As their sixth year at Hogwarts begins, Annalise Wood and James Sirius Potter are at the peak of their rivalry. To say they hated eachother would be an understatement.
Although sometimes they brought out the worst in eachother, they also brought out...

"YOU GUYS CAN HIT the showers now!" James said to the team, as they stood in front of them. "Practice is over."
"Thank god!" Lily sighed in relief, as Cal and Roxy muttered in agreement.
"When's the next practice?" Rose asked them before they dismissed.
"Saturday." Annalise responded as James nodded in agreement.
"But Saturday's Halloween!" Roxy whined. "We go to the halloween party in the room of requirement every year! And I'm not going to be in much of a partying mood if I have to endure two hours of quidditch practice before that."
"Oh shit, we forgot about that!" Annalise said quickly, turning to look at James. "Friday then?" She suggested, asking him.
James nodded in agreement. "Friday." He confirmed, and with that the team walked away, quickly heading to the showers. Annalise stayed behind with James to put the practice balls back into their respective chests. The bludgers took a bit longer that day as Annalise could not grab that last one no, trying and failing five times. It took her and James both wrestling that stubborn bludger to the ground, to finally strap it in. They hauled the chests back to the locker room, and Annalise stripped off her gear. She ripped her shin guards off locking them away before walking over to James who had just finished changing. The two of them left the locker rooms and headed back to the castle
William hadn't approached her since last night. In fact she hadn't even seen him around the school. To be honest, she didn't know if she was relieved or kind of annoyed. She certainly wanted to see his reaction, knowing he would be furious. But, at the same time, she did not want to speak to him or see him, much less endure his rage.
"Any sign of your wonderful ex- boyfriend yet?" James asked her, as they walked back.
"Nope." Annalise replied.
"Is that a good thing?" James asked her.
"I don't know." She said, continuing towards the castle. James raised an eyebrow at her as if expecting her to continue. "I mean a part of me never wants to see his face again. But then the other part of me would give anything to see his reaction when he found out." She explained. "I mean that's the whole point of this isn't it."
"That makes sense." James nodded, listening to her speak
She chuckled dryly. "Good because sometimes I think I'm a little crazy with even going through with this. For even asking you."
"You are crazy." James snorted in response.
She ignored him rolling her eyes before continuing. "Like honestly, a fake relationship? That's the kind of stuff you only read about and see in the movies." She said, before turning to face James. "And you're also crazy for agreeing." She laughed.
