Chapter Forty-Eight || In laws

"Matty?" I groaned then opened my eyes.

The heartthrob was not at my side and my heart literally throbbed. His phone was ringing like crazy or maybe it was my phone, anyways I had to drag myself to his end of the bed to answer it.

"Hello?" I yawned.

"It's half past noon Abigail" My mother barked. "And you're still sleeping?"

"Long night" I huffed.

"Well get up and get your ass to this airport before-" she started to say then stopped. "Oh wait never mind Isis is here with your boyfriend, see you when we get there"

After that she hung up. It surprised me that Matty left without me to go get my parents, I mean he's met them before but that was on different terms, now we were dating and I was living with him. Anyways I'm happy he let me sleep in but now the evil witch and her loyal monkey were coming and I had shower and clean.

After my shower I changed into a grey skater dress, black Mary Janes from Urban, a black infinity scarf and my hair was in waves. I didn't put on much makeup because i'd probably be running around all day so touching up would be a hassle. After that was done I quickly ran around the house and fixed everything up while also hiding anythings my parents shouldn't see. For example there was a bong on the coffee table. Yeah..

"Abigail" Matty called as the front door open.

"Hey" I gushed as I stepped out the kitchen then hugged both my parents. "How was your flight?"

"Long" my dad sighed. "But worth it"

"I'm sure" I mumbled.

"You have a lovely home Matthew" My mom said and I felt Matty's pain when she called him Matthew.

"Thank you ma'am" Matty smiled then put his hand on my lower back. "You making breakfast love?"

"Yeah" I nodded. "You guys can sit with Isis in the living room"

"Okay" My mom smiled then followed Isis off with my dad.

"What's wrong?" Matty asked.

"Nothing" I smiled then kissed him.

He chuckled against my lips. "Sorry for leaving this morning without telling, I wanted to surprise you but your mum called you"

I smiled. "It's fine"

"Should I go in there with them?" he asked.

"Mhm" I said then kissed him again.

He smiled. "Don't worry I won't leave your side today"

After cooking a really nice breakfast we all sat down to eat. G wasn't here but we were expecting him anytime so I set a plate for him and texted him a heads up that my parents were here so don't come home smelling like illegal substance.

"Any plans for us set up today?" My mom asked.

"Uh yeah" I nodded. "Matty's mom is having a Getty at her house"

"She lives not to far from here" Matty said as he slipped his hand on my thigh underneath the table.

My mom nodded. "Your home really is gorgeous, do you live alone?"

"No, my band mate George lives with me as well but he's not here right now" Matty said then started rubbing the inner part on my thigh.

"Abigail you look sick" My dad said. "You good champ?"
