-Annie's POV- A lot happened on Saturday. I bought normal people clothes, I tried a Frappuccino for the first time in my life, and I hate to admit it, but it was good. Also, I honestly think I might have made some friends. Hey, I could still be being played, but right now it doesn't feel like it.

Jayden and her friends, well, my friends I guess, but I still don't know, also said that they were going to turn on my post notifications on Instagram, even though I don't actually post. "It's just part of friendship" They said. "Okay then." I did the same for all of them.

I don't think any of us knew she was planning on telling everybody today. It was obvious she would at some point, but it just wasn't specific.

I swing my bag over my shoulder and jam my phone into my pocket.
I've decided after a lot of self loathing and deep breaths to wear that first shirt that I was convinced to buy at the mall on Saturday. Yeah. I'm wearing it to school, where Hayden and Johnny and Caden and whatever the hell the rest of their names are can see and comment on it. I glance at myself in the mirror one more time. I suppose I look good, it's just very different.
"Come on." I say firmly to my sister as I approach the kitchen.
"Annie, are you wearing that to school?" My dad asks timidly.
"Pretty much."
"Are you sure that's allowed?" I know he wants to say more, but I also know he doesn't want me to get worked up right before school.
"Yep. All good? Okay let's go."
"Okay. Have a good day you two. I love you."
"Love you" We both reply before I shut the door.
"I didn't expect you to actually wear it." Hayley says.
"Well I did, so I don't know what to tell ya." I sigh. She tilts her head to the side and looks up at the sky, signifying that she's thinking.
"So you like somebody, right?"
"I don't know." I shrug.
"It's Jayden, correct?"
"Hah. I'm not telling you crap. I'm sure as soon as you see whoever she is in person you'll start running your mouth like it's a 5k."
"Well now I know it's Jayden. You know she likes you back, right?"
"I do not know that, because it is untrue." I say flatly as we stop at the front of the neighborhood.
"Your loss." She shrugs.
...
I find Katie sitting at the table with Jayden and the rest of the group.
"Hey!" Jayden greets me.
"Hi" I sigh.
"Guys, look." Kenzie points across the cafeteria to the table that Katie and I used to sit alone at and we see Jenna, Brisa, and Sophia seated there. They're talking to some other whores, nothing new.
"Guess we've cut all our ties with them." Sky shrugs.
"But we replaced them with some way cooler people anyway." Lauren smiles and they all look at Katie and I.
"Aw, you guys are great." Katie giggles.
"So are youuuu"
"We all need to have a sleepover immediately." Kenzie days.
"That sounds great. I'm not doing anything on Friday night. My house?" Jayden suggests.
They all make their little plans and I just nod. We're all talking about that when Mr. annoying teacher man who busted me for cussing comes over and taps Jayden and I on the shoulder.
"You two, please come with me."
