-Jayden's POV-
"Hi, I'm Annie's mom. You must be Jayden." Her mom smiles at me.
"Yes. It's nice to meet you!" I say back.
Her mom starts the car and no one says anything else for a couple minutes.
"Are you guys together yet?" Hayley pipes up from the backseat. I feel my face get hot once again.
"Shut up!" Annie yells and facepalms. Okay damn lmao.
"Hayley, that was rude!" Their mom scolded her.
"It was just a question, sorry." Hayley rolls her eyes.
"Also that wasn't an answer." She mumbles.
"Sure Hayley, yeah. We're together." Annie says, annoyed. We didn't discuss that yet but I can't help but feel pleased by her answer.
"Oh, I didn't realize that she was your girlfriend, Annie! She's your first one, right?" Her mother beams.
"Shut uuuuuup!" Annie repeats, hiding her face in her hands.
"Where exactly am I going?" Her mom asks.
"Oh, right. I can give you my phone for the GPS." I offer.
"Here, Annie, take mine and put in the password for her." She hands her phone back to my..girlfriend? I think lmao.
Annie grabs it without saying a word and hands me the phone after clicking on google maps. I type in my address and hand it back to her mom.
"So was this your first date?" She asks.
"Mom, I think I'm going to literally kill you if you keep talking." It's cute when she's embarrassed like this.
"Uh, yes." I take it upon myself to have a conversation with her mom, just to make sure I'm on her good side.
"What movie did you see?" She begins to smile knowing that there is someone willing to give her the details.
"We saw Yesterday. It was definitely more Annie's style than mine, but it was pretty good." I shrug.
"That's the one about the Beatles, right? That looked interesting." She responds.
"Yeah."
We enter my neighborhood and I point at my house that sits at the end of the front street. I pull my key from my pocket and open the car door.
"Bye Jayden. I assume we'll see you again soon?"
"I hope so, Mrs. LeBlanc. Thank you so much for taking me home." I smile.
"No worries, you're a very sweet girl. And you can call me Katie if you want." She smiles back.
"Bye Annie, bye Hayley." I stick my head back in to look at her sister in the back.
"Bye Jayden!" Hayley responds brightly. I chuckle.
"Bye. See you Monday." Annie cracks a small smile and I close the door.
Me- I'm home❤️
My mom is getting home in about 2 hours, and I think I'm going to tell her. That is, if Annie really is my girlfriend now. I know I'm jumping to conclusions and she just said it because she was caught up in the moment, but I know that I'm ready for it.

Me- so let's just be together then!
Me- I'm not really scared anymore. I'm telling my mom that I'm bisexual tonight and I'm ready to be open about it, so just be my girlfriend

Me- was that your agreement or you telling me to chill
Anns💛- both
