How did you discover Wattpad?

One of my best friends showed me a story on the platform and I really enjoyed reading it, so I searched for more stories and ended up creating my own account.

How long have you had Wattpad, and how often do you use it?

I've had it for about six months and I check in pretty much daily actually.

Is there a meaning behind your username?

"Living life crazy loud" are lyrics from "Ghost of You" by Selena Gomez. I love her a lot and when I created the account, those words just came to my mind somehow. I thought it fitted pretty well, since I'm writing Jelena fanfictions.

Why did you start writing? What age did you discover your love for it?

Writing provides a certain escape from reality. You can live through all sorts of different emotions, just like actors can in movies. The only difference is that you, as the writer, are given the complete control over those emotions. You get to choose what scene you write and what emotions you want to live through. You can create a world and characters from your imagination and the great thing about it is that literally anything is possible.

You can live through your story with your characters, develop them in ways you would have never expected and you can even surprise yourself at how much of a different turn the story suddenly takes (at least that's what always seems to happen to me, haha). You can even tell a message with your book and teach your readers.

Needlessly to say, creating a story is a very hard but utterly exciting thing do. Though having people enjoy your written words and feel the emotions that you put into your story - that is what makes it amazing to me.

Oh and the age I discovered my passion for writing was probably around 13. Would have almost forgotten to answer that question due to all my rambling, haha.

Who are you favourite authors? What are your favourite books? (Books on Wattpad count too!) What is your favourite genre?

My favorite author is Nicholas Sparks. Though I also love Cecelia Ahern's and E. L. James writing style a lot.

As for authors on Wattpad, there are honestly so many fantastic writers on here. One of them is JelenasAngel, who's currently writing one of my favourite books on Wattpad "My Rebel With A Halo".

Also "Pretty Little Matchmaker" by beautifulatsunrise is written amazingly and has a great plot. Sadly it's not finished, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed the author will continue it one day.

My favorite 'real' book is Safe Haven and my favorite genres are Romance, Teen Fiction, Humor and (Jelena) fanfiction.

Do you want a career in writing?

I don't really have it planned, but if it should happen, then I'd definitely be happy about it.

Who supports you the most in your writing?

My close friends, who know that I write.

How long are your chapters? Do you think short or long chapters are better?

My chapters are generally around 1500-2000 words. Sometimes a bit shorter and sometimes a bit longer. It just depends on the issue that the chapter deals with and how soon the right moment to cut it off comes around.

I don't think you can say either is better. I think you just have to find a middle thing. Sometimes short chapters are perfect (e.g. prologues), while another time a long chapter fits better.

Are you proud of how well your book has done? Are you happy with the amount of reads it has?

My book currently has almost 4K reads, so I'm definitely very happy about that. I know, it's not that much compared to others, but every read, vote, comment, honestly makes my day and encourages me to keep going.

Do you have any advice for new authors?

I'm not sure, if I'm experienced enough to really give anyone advice. Though I'd say, just enjoy writing and do it with passion. No matter what, as long as you love what you do and believe in yourself, you can become amazing at it. Just never give up!

Right, I did have to force myself to want to read her books, only because I personally hate Justin Beiber (I'm sorry to any beliebers out there). However, her style of writing is amazing and her books are really well written.
