How did you discover Wattpad?

One of my friends made me an account with her email, but then she forgot the password when she told me that she’d made me. So I made myself one with my email account. Basically, a friend introduced me to the world of Wattpad.

How long have you had Wattpad, and how often do you use it?

I’ve had Wattpad for about eight months. I use Wattpad quite often.

Is there a meaning behind your username?

The SweetTart is a nickname my little sister gave me, and the 05 was added because someone else apparently had that username.

Why did you start writing? What age did you discover your love for it?

I’ve always loved words, since I was little, and stories give me a way to express that. When I got to fourth grade, I had to write a 3 page story and I’ve been writing ever since.

Who are you favorite authors? What are your favorite books? (Books on Wattpad count too!) What is your favorite genre?

My favorite author. There’s a long list of authors I like. John Green, S.E. Hinton, James Dashner, and J.K. Rowling are just a few. My favorite genre is fantasy, though I like most genres. On Wattpad probably The Last Virgin Standing (amazing), Errand Runners, and The Celebrity Wars. Outside of Wattpad, there are to many to name, but a few are Looking for Alaska, Speak, and the Harry Potter series.

Do you want a career in writing?

Something in either writing or architecture would be my first choice.

Who supports you the most in your writing?

I don’t know about one person in particular, but my most of my family and friends are pretty supportive, and a lot of my followers are too.

Choose one of your books:

What is your book called? What genre is it? What is it about (2/3 lines)?

My book is called The Mistaken Darach, it’s a Teen Wolf fanfiction that I’ve just recently started to co-write with DemonicStories. It’s about a girl who’s been on the run most of her life finding her childhood friend along with his pack. There’s just one problem, his pack is after her.

What inspired you to write it?

I was watching the earlier seasons of Teen Wolf and started wondering what would happen if there were more female characters. Plus, I’ve always had this headcannon that Isaac moved to Beacon Hills after his mom died (because his dad couldn’t stand the old house that was filled with memories of her) and also left a best friend behind. So I decided to write it.

How often do you update? When was it last updated?

I update whenever I finish the next chapter. Sometimes that’s within a couple of days of the last one, and sometimes longer. It was last updated about three weeks ago.

How long are your chapters? Do you think short or long chapters are better?

My chapter lengths vary. But they’re all mostly short, though I’m working on making them longer. I personally like longer chapters, but not super long ones.

Are you proud of how well your book has done? Are you happy with the amount of reads it has?

Yeah, I mean, I’d like to have more reads, but what author wouldn’t? But I’m happy with it getting the amount of reads it has so far and hopefully the ones it will get in the future.

Do you have any advice for new authors?

Um, just to keep writing and believe in yourself.
