How did you discover Wattpad?

I discovered Wattpad when I looking on the app stall for free books to read. I clicked on Wattpad as it was the first option and heard great reviews about it so I then downloaded the app and fell in love.

 

How long have you had Wattpad, and how often do you use it?

I have had Wattpad for about over a year now but that is on my other account which I use for reading, I probably joined with this account 4 days ago. I use my account everyday as i always go back and edit my work.

 

Is there a meaning behind your username?

Hahaha, I wish but no there isn't just the fact that Charlottle Stears isn't my real name, I wouldn't want people I don't know over the internet to interfere with my real life.

Why did you start writing? What age did you discover your love for it?

I started writing because I love it! When I read a book I think of different scenarios that the story could turn into and thought why not make my own writing, my English teacher tought me many writing methods that help me love books more. The age that I discovered my love for it would have to be when I was sixteen years of age.

Who are you favourite authors? What are your favourite books? (Books on Wattpad count too!) What is your favourite genre?

My favourite genre of all would be romance, chessy I know but I just love the contrast on the two main characters of the story.

My most loved authors would have to be Tammara Webber and Kate Forster both have books in teen fiction for the category romance. My fave books would have to be twice apon a time by Kate Forster, beautiful disaster by Jamie Mcgurie and Easy by Tammara Webber. All these books by the way are not on wattpad but I recommand Beautiful Disaster to you as it is AMAZING.

Do you want a career in writing?

I haven't thought about a career in writing but i think that the idea of just writing for others pleasure rather than money satisfies myself the most.

Who supports you the most in your writing?

I would honestly say myself as I'm not really confident to show any close family or friends my writing. But with a little confidence I find that I can support myself.

Choose one of your books:

What is your book called? What genre is it? What is it about (2/3 lines)?

My book is called Bewitched; Body and Soul, the genre is teen fiction/ romance. The book is about a girl who gets shipped to a small town to live with a father she never knew she had, meeting the town's bad boy a relationship forms and he teaches her about love, trust and how to have a god time ;).

What inspired you to write it?

Basically just reading other books on wattpad inspired me to write a book of my own.

How often do you update? When was it last updated?

How long are your chapters? Do you think short or long chapters are better?

I think I may go for 30 chapters as I am not done yet, but I perfer long and detailed chapters that will leave the reader hooked until the end of the chapter is left with a cliff hanger.

Are you proud of how well your book has done? Are you happy with the amount of reads it has?

I'm proud with the writing skill I have used but not the reads as I have only got one, I wish for more and that's how I hope your club will help me.

Do you have any advice for new authors?

No sorry I don't as I am just a new author myself.

This author's book is not something that I'd usually read, but regardless of that, it has a fairly good plot and I am excited for where it will lead. However, a few grammar and spelling mistakes are what is pulling it down, but once they are fixed it will be a good book.
