How did you discover Wattpad?
My friend first told me about Wattpad about a year ago, and I decided to check it out. After I did, I realised it was pretty cool and I was hooked.
How long have you had Wattpad, and how often do you use it?
I joined last November, so it's been almost a year. When I first came on wattpad I was pretty addicted - I used to update my stuff almost every day for, like, a month. Then I didn't have internet for a while, and was really busy, so I only really started using Wattpad again in June. Since then I've literally made it my internet home.
Is there a meaning behind your username?
Yeah, I guess. I've always believed that actions and decisions make us who we are, and that consequences create the world.
Why did you start writing? What age did you discover your love for it?
I started writing when I was five. Of course, my stories were horrible back then, but as I grew up they became better and I realized I really loved writing. I daydream a lot and the ability to put ideas from my head into something that others could imagine too was enchanting.
Who are you favourite authors? What are your favourite books? (Books on Wattpad count too!) What is your favourite genre?
Um, I would have to say I really like YA fiction and dystopia. I love the idea of kick-ass heroines and heroes that take down governments. Basically anything with its fair share of plot twists and violence. As for my favorite book right now - that's a difficult question to answer. I have so many. But I'd have to say the Legend series by Marie Lu and The Bone Season by Samantha Shannon are my all-time favorites.
Do you want a career in writing?
I guess. I've never really thought about it - actually, I have no idea what I want to do. But I guess writing will always be my hobby, and yes, I would like to publish a book someday.
Who supports you the most in your writing?
My friends and teachers, I guess. I have a phobia of showing my writing to my parents for some reason. But my friends have always been supportive. And all my wattpad readers, too. I couldn't have gotten to this stage without them.

Choose one of your books:
What is your book called? What genre is it? What is it about?
It's called Apocalypse. I'd have to say it's more of adventure, maybe a little sci-fi? It's about a girl, Skye, and how she deals with the apocalypse. A secret terrorist group is bombing cities and setting up a new government, and they're after Skye for her father's work in gene manipulation and chemical engineering. She's forced into the wilderness along with her friend, where she meets a boy and a girl who will give her a chance at surviving.
What inspired you to write it?
I've always been fascinated by survival. How our bodies adapt to let us live in stressful situations - how it changes us. So I thought I'd write something dystopian - but with the number of dystopian novels out there, it wouldn't be original. So I thought I'd write the apocalypse itself.
How often do you update? When was it last updated?
It really depends on when I get inspiration. Strangely, that only happens to be in the middle of the night. Sometimes I'll go a week without getting any ideas, and sometimes I'll get a huge hit of inspiration and write a lot. As for when it was last updated...it seems like it was just yesterday that I updated, but it was two weeks ago. Oops.
How long are your chapters? Do you think short or long chapters are better?
Normally, I write about 2500 words. I think that's enough to capture all the events. I have no idea how some people manage to write more than 6 pages. If it's an eventful chapter, I think a long chapter is better, but it really depends on the writer.
Are you proud of how well your book has done? Are you happy with the amount of reads it has?
Yeah, it's gotten way more reception that I thought it would. So yes, I am proud.
Do you have any advice for new authors?
Yes! Whatever you do, don't let anyone stop you from writing. If they're rude, they're rude. Take their criticism in a positive way and see if you can improve yourself. But most importantly, keep writing. Even if you think it's horrible, you've still done something, and that will help you.
She writes amazing books and most of them are updated regularly. I love her book Apocalypse! It's a great book and I recommend it to anyone who likes that genre.
