Chapter 110: Old Foes Meet Again

Not far away from the battle between the Orcs, Amy's group and the group hunting Damien were Zemmi and the team hunting down the Orcs.

They've been traveling quite a while, but none of them rested after leaving Walden Town. They also got some information on the people who saved them from the Orcs.

The information wasn't much, but they did find out that the Orcs were killed almost instantly by the group of adventurers. However, they didn't get a good description of what they looked like.

All of the townspeople kept saying that a group of adventurers showed up and saved the town. They didn't say what they looked like or how many of them were there.

So, the information was a little shady. But, if the information is accurate, then having those adventurers with them would help with the Orc problem.

Normally, Orcs shouldn't be so difficult to deal with if you had enough experience and power to back you up. But, the Orcs that Zemmi and the others fought were far beyond what they expected.

The highest rank that any Orc can go to is B-Rank. Their strength is only limited to that much, but the Orcs that they were were past B-Rank.

This meant that the Orcs were A-Rank or higher. The thought of such a thing was unprecedented.

The only time an Orc can be an A-Rank or higher is if they have the Class Orc Lord. An Orc Lord has the power to be an A-Rank or even an S-Rank monster.

So, unless all those Orcs were Orc Lords, something was definitely up. There was no way that those Orcs managed to get strong enough to surpass their Ranking limit.

This caused quite a stir in the Human Kingdom. Mostly because if there was a way for Monsters to surpass their limits, then more of them will likely do so.

If that happens, the weaker monsters will become a threat soon enough, and the already dangerous monsters will get even more deadly. That's why Zemmi and the others were ordered to find the Orcs and get down to the bottom of this situation.

If they don't, then there's going to be a lot more trouble ahead of them.

As the group continued heading towards the Mountain of Death, they kept an eye on any Orcs. They seem to be all over the place.

Before Walden Town, they got ambushed by a couple Orcs that just got finished raiding a village. They were able to deal with them, but it was still surprising none the less.

Ever since then, they've been wary of another ambush. So far though, they haven't seen any enemies yet.

After walking a couple more miles, they were finally closing in on Malburrow Town. That was when they encountered something unexpected.

In the distance, they could hear the sound of battle. Metal against metal, and battle cries.

"You hear that too, right?" Zemmi asked the others.

"Yeah," Zami answered. "Let's hurry!"

Zemmi and the rest of the group then rushed off to where they were hearing the sound of battle. That was when they were greeted by a massive gathering of Orcs against a small group of people.

To make things worse, the group was all girls. There was only one thing that these Orcs could be doing, and it wasn't pretty

"Disgusting."

"Agreed."

"They deserve to die."

"Definitely."

All of the girls looked at the Orcs with disgusted looks on their faces. Seeing this many Orcs against the girls was just wrong.

The other soldiers noticed Zemmi and the other girls malicious auras and instinctively took a step away from them. Then, the girls drew their weapons to save the ones against the Orcs.
