Dammit, I knew this would happen.

As soon as I got to where Thomas was, I see him dead on the floor and those kid adventurers from before. Technically, they were a couple years older than me, but still.

When I looked at the scene before me, I noticed that blondie was wounded. The magic girl, I believe her name was Chloe, tried to heal him with Healing Magic, but apparently, Thomas's weapon blocks healing magic spells.

You know, now that I think about it, a weapon that has that kind of ability is kind of interesting. I wonder what material you'd need to craft something like that.

Oops, I got distracted. Leaving those thoughts for later, I went over to blondie and his friends.

When I did, Jessica and, I think his name was David, blocked my path.

"You're not taking another step forward," Jessica glared.

You know, I could easily push you aside, right? Your stats may be higher than Thomas's, but they're not even close to mine.

Putting aside my malicious thoughts, I peacefully talked to them.

"I'm just here to help, so you can either let me heal him, or you can watch your friend die. It's your choice, really."

"You think we can trust you after what you did to all those adventurers? You killed them all!"

"It's their fault for getting in my way. I came here for Thomas, so they shouldn't have tried to stop me."

"If you think like that then you're no better than him!"

That comment kind of stung me a bit. In fact, I actually thought of killing her for comparing me to that slimy piece of trash.

"Listen here," I spoke in a cold and disturbing tone. "I'm nothing like that piece of garbage, you understand? He was the one that wanted to kill me, so all I did was come over to give him a chance. Whoever tries to defend him is of no concern to me. It's when you get in my way to defend him that it becomes my concern."

". . . Looks like I was wrong. You're not like Thomas, you're worse than him."

I'm really starting to lose my patience.

"Forget it. You can either let me heal him, or I'm leaving. I may be the only person that can save him, so think carefully."

I gave the group a few seconds to think on it. They finally came to an agreement.

"Fine, we'll let you heal him," David told me.

"But if you try anything, I'll kill you myself!" Jessica added in an aggressive tone.

"Duly noted."

Once I got permission, I went over to the wounded blondie. He was pretty banged up.

That stab wound was pretty deep too. Chloe and Jack were doing their best to stop the bleeding.

Thomas said that all healing magic doesn't work, right? Let's try a few.

I then proceeded with a few healing spells. Just as I thought, none of them worked.

Man, that blade sure is something. How the hell am I going to heal him now?

I then came up with an idea.

[Amy, can you hear me?] I called Amy through telepathy.

[Yes, master. Raven and I just got done finishing off the adventurers]

[Good. How fast can you get to where I am?]

[Very fast.]

[Alright, I need you to get to me as fast as you ca-] Before I could finish my thought, a portal showed up.
