My mama finally came I was sitting on the couch with the trash can next to me she look at me and said. "Oh mija my poor angel" She gave me a sprite she had bought for me and she asked where Marquez and Tae were I told her they were asleep it's been a long day for them she went to the kitchen and cooked me something I sat on the couch while mama cooked and Chocolate finally woke up while Tae was still asleep. "Babe are you okay? Oh hi Mrs. Perez how are you?" My mama spoke and continued to cook while Chocolate held me right then I knew I would be okay. I wanted to sleep but my body wouldn't allow that. The vomiting finally stopped, but I still felt weak. My mama made me a chicken club sandwich with sweet potato fries. I was craving this meal for days, as soon as I bit into the sandwich I felt a whole lot better! Oh my god I wanted a chocolate banana milkshake! "Hey babe, can you go get me a chocolate banana milkshake, and some cheesecake?" Chocolate got up and just went. When my man came back he had more than just my requested food he also had a 5ct diamond ring. My boo opens the box and I see the 5ct diamond ring oh my god I can't believe it I'm speechless he looked at me. "Ashanti Nicole Perez will you marry me?" Oh my god I was frozen to my seat speechless finally after 30 minutes I finally found the will to speak."Yes Marquez I will." He put the ring on my finger and kissed me my mom was crying tears of joy as she hugged us both I wiped tears from my eyes and looked at my new fiancée I couldn't believe it I was engaged I had to tell Latrice about this I knew she was gonna flip with excitement she would tell me it's about damn time I had to tell her I was pregnant too oh she would really flip. After the excitement died down, I slipped away into the bathroom and called Latrice. "Hey girl, you still underneath my twin?" "No heffa. he's sleep, what's up what you doing?" "I'm gonna need you to bring ya ass over here asap!" "Give me twenty minutes I gotta shower."we hung up. I was so excited! My life was changing for the better I couldn't be any happier.

Apparently while I was in the bathroom talking to Trice my mama called my brothers except for Rico cause he would be coming with Trice I looked at my mama. "Mama por que why did you call everybody?" She smiled at me and kissed my cheek. "Cause they need to know mija." Apparently she hadn't told them yet good cause by that time Trice and Rico knocked on the door I opened the door Trice looked."Hey what's so important we had to come over here asap?" Well here goes time for everyone to know the good news."We gotta wait til everybody gets here" I smiled at them so big. I knew they wanted to know but I wasn't telling. Finally my brothers got to my house. "Okay you guys, I just wanted to tell y'all I'm ENGAGED! and I'm pregnant!" I cried saying those words aloud. Trice started crying too she hugged me and we started jumping up and down "Oh my god, girl it's just like when we were kids!" I was overwhelmed. My brothers all gave Marquez dap, and I got hugs. This was so perfect! I am so relieved to tell them that because I held it in for a while but now I am free and no one don't have to tease me and make fun of me. My damn brothers have been making fun of me eating alot but I had to make sure my boo boo had enough to eat, so now they can leave me the hell alone. "So do you know when you are expecting the baby?" Rico asked me smiling at me. "I don't know yet but I can't wait to show the baby to the world, but I'm hoping it's a girl this time because I have too many damn men and I want to see how it would be to have a baby girl" I rub my stomach all happy. "We're happy for you sis and no matter how much you eat, we still love you" Quan says laughing at me, then my brothers joined in and laugh, I stick my middle finger up at my brothers and Marquez.

Mommy made nachos, bean and beef burritos, homemade churros, and my brothers helped mommy bring the drinks out. I can't drink liquor since I am now pregnant but I need some juice to let my baby taste some sugar in his or her system. I see Rico and Latrice dancing in the living room while the music is playing, they look like a cute couple and Latrice, and I have been cool for a long time, I wouldn't mind her dating my brother because she loves him too much, even when we were in school, she was trying to talk to him but now is the best time for them to be together. I hope he treats Latrice right because I don't want her to get dogged out like I did when I was with Kennon, let him hit this and then he runs and don't want to take the responsibility of caring for his son, and just leave me to do everything, but I'm sure that Rico will take good care of her.

We're having a little party of our own, and we celebrate my engagement, and my pregnancy with dancing, and eating, Marquez is talking to my brothers and I'm standing with mommy and Trice. "So mija, what are you going to name the baby if it's a boy?" Mommy ask doing the salsa with me and Trice. "I'll let him decide because this is his first born but I would probably name him, Geno or TyJuan, if it's a girl name, I might name her Zikkiyra, or Fiona or something, I don't know yet but I want to wait and see what we have first then we will go from there" I answer. Marquez walks over to us and he hugs Trice and Mommy., "Hey babe me, and the guys are going to take Kennontae to a wrestling show tomorrow because he's been asking for a week about going since they are in town tomorrow" he tells me. "Okay papi, I'm going to go to the movies with Mommy and Trice to watch the new Barbershop movie so I might be home when you get there" I told him, he nods and we start to kiss each other, I sure miss papi and I would love to see the look on his face when I would tell him the news. I fix me a plate, and everyone makes drinks because they are playing "never have I ever" so everyone mix alcohol and juice but I mix mine with juice and soda. Everyone went around the table saying never have I ever, "Never have I ever kiss a girl after I have sex" Rico said, Mommy drinks to that. "After your papi, and I have sex, we also kiss because he puts it down but those were the good ole days" Mommy smiles. It was Latrice's turn, "Never have I ever popped a Molly" she says, and Quan drunk to that "I was having fun at the club, and I popped a Molly and I was sweating" we laughed at him to the preference of "All Gold everything" by Trinidad James. We had fun with it and told our secrets, and ate damn we had a blast, Kennontae was having fun with his friend next door, and he says that he don't but he has a crush on the little girl which is a cutie, she is mixed with Cherokee Indian, Black, and Puerto Rican, her name is Santina Santos. Later on that night, we watch a movie, and Kennontae fell asleep, I put him in the bed upstairs, tuck him in, and kissed him goodnight, I return to Marquez's arms as we hold each other and finish watching the movie. My brothers left, then babe, and I went to sleep in one of the beds, Mommy hugs, and kisses us goodnight, this is the best day of my life so far because my brothers, and Mommy were happy for me being engaged and that I am pregnant, they have big expectations for him to be a better man than my other baby daddy but I hope he don't fuck up and run when our baby comes. Will he be a man of his word or will he bitch out, and run? I don't know but I think I made the right decision to be with him.
