Thank you Jesus my baby boy's okay I cried tears of relief as I kneeled on the floor out the corner of my eye through the tears I see my mama and Chocolate talking to my brothers who had just walked in I finally picked myself up off the floor and  sat down I could see that Kennon is terrified to see my  brothers although I felt slightly bad cause I knew what was to come my twin brother Rico walked over to me gave me a hug then said. "You know twin I'm glad my nephew's okay but you know that nigga gotta pay I told you he's no good." If your wondering twin is what he calls me because it's his way of saying. "Ashanti I told you so."  and I knew what he meant when he said Kennon's gotta pay somebody else gonna end up in the hospital good thing we already here. I kept my eyes on my eldest brother Jimmie. He had a vendetta on  Kennon, my other brother Quan just couldn't stand him. But, Rico. Rico had tried a dozen times to "get" Kennon. I was really worried about Tae, I didn't care about Kennon. Latrice came to me, "Hey Shanti, you okay? I'm not leaving until they tell me everything about my nephew." "Latrice you are my truest friend. Fuck that, you my sister and I love you for that." We hugged, and cried a little while. Then, Quan came to us "Ladies don't cry for Tae. He's got papi's blood running through him, he will be okay. But as for that bitch ass nigga, We'll handle that." Latrice busted out laughing "Quan you a thug." I started cracking up laughing. Rico came over to Quan and whispered something to him, they walked away with Chocolate in tow. what the fuck is going on? It's​ something really weird going on I could feel it my brothers, and Chocolate are throwing Kennon nasty ass looks like he's​  shit on the bottom of their shoes every now and then they would whisper to each other then throw Kennon a nasty ass look Trice had came up to me and said. "Your brothers, and Chocolate are planning some devilish shit against Kennon." I know that she is right but what did I care he kinda deserved it for all the bullshit he put me through. I was curious, then I lost interest in the whole matter. I walked over to Tae, and kissed his forehead and cheeks, suddenly I saw those big light brown eyes look up at me. I screamed and kissed him again and again. "Oh, Tae my prince! My baby, are you okay does it hurt? Talk to mommy."  Tae looked up at the me. "My head hurts, mommy, can I watch cartoon's please." I laughed out loud and shook my head. My mother came over and saw that Tae was up, "Hey bubba, you want something to eat? nana brought you some good stuff." I think Tae's​ enjoying getting catered to. Tae's​ really enjoying being catered too, he had the biggest smile on his face and he said to me. "Mommy this feels like that Destiny's Child song Cater 2 U and I love it." I laughed out loud kissed my baby on his forehead and turned cartoons on for him I wanted to know when I could take my baby home so I waited for Dr Vaughn to come talk to me Latrice walked over to me and said. "Girl this has been one fucked up night and it could get worse." As she said this I seen my brothers, and Chocolate gathering around Kennon oh shit what's about to happen? I was beyond aggravated. "Hey what the fuck are y'all doing?! Take that bullshit outside! My son is trying to recover. How dare you, I can't even believe you." I started to get light headed, and felt faint. That's when it happen, my nose started bleeding, and I fell out. All I remembered was earlier in the day I had drank some vodak at the club and felt funny. what the fuck is going on now? I gotta be strong for Tae.

I wake up on a hospital bed my nose still bleeding but now my family standing all around me including Chocolate and Kennon I was confused what happen the only thing I remember was earlier that day I drank some vodka at the club then I felt a lil funny everything else is a big blur to me my mom looked at me and said. "Ashanti mija are you okay mi amor?" I looked at her and shook my head yes I was fine just stressed I looked at my mom. "How's Tae feeling?" My mom looked. "He's fine he ate now he's sleep." As long as my baby's okay I slowly got up and sat at the edge of the bed what the hell happen? I closed my eyes trying to replay the events of day. I remember taking a break and sitting at the bar, then Kennon came to the club, trying to get some as usual. I rejected him, and turned my back to him. When, I turned around he was gone. I drank my drink and headed to the locker room, that's when I started feeling whoozy, "You scandalous bitch." I slapped the dog shit out of Kennon. I shocked everybody including myself.  I really did shock myself but he is a scandalous bitch I can't believe he tried to drug me why in the hell would he drug me my mom looked at me. "Mija what the fuck was that for?" I started thinking should I tell her or no but she's gonna keep asking me so I look at her and wait a few minutes then say. "I know the reason why I passed out I was at the club one night working and Kennon came by as usual but I rejected him and he put something in my drink when I turned around." Kennon backed away as my brothers turned around and looked at him there gonna kill him Oh my god Ashanti why did you open your mouth? Kennon didn't deny my assumption, that hurt even worse. I looked away from him and began to cry, I  held my stomach and found new pain there. What now? I wanted to scream but didn't, suddenly Dr. Vaughn came in the same room. "I was checking on Ms. Perez, and also we're going to run a few more test on Kenontae. So I'm requesting that he stay over night in the main hospital. Unfortunately only two people can stay here with him, I apologize ladies and gentlemen". I looked at Dr. Vaughn and sigh. "Okay doctor, I appreciate the info". My mom offered to stay and Quan made it official. "Sis, you need your rest. So you and Marquez go home. Rico will take Latrice home, don't worry sis, Tae and you will get justice"  I didn't wanna leave my baby but I knew I needed some sleep I'd been up a while so I went and kissed my prince on the forehead and told him mommy would be back in the morning Chocolate drove me home and stayed with me I went in the house and took a shower Chocolate yelled from the kitchen. "Babe are you hungry?" I am hungry I needed to eat something so I yelled back. "Yes baby I'm starving." I got out the shower and put my clothes on then I went and sat in the living room while my boo cooked for me but the thought of Kennon drugging me still ran through my mind what the fuck was he thinking he almost killed me.
