Chapter 8 – An Actual Couple!!!!
Natsu woke up to the smell of eggs and pancakes, his favourite aroma. It was coming from the kitchen remembering that he wasn't at his house a little ways from the city. He didn't mind the drive, no matter how tiring it could get because showing up to work to see Lucy was all worth the while. He got up looking for his jeans, pulling them on and walking out of the room. He saw a petite blonde haired woman stirring some pancake batter, wearing only his shirt. He admired the sight her legs; he had always wondered if they were as soft and smooth as he imagined and got the answer last night.
"You have no idea how good you look in my clothes." He purred.
"I bet I have an idea what you're thinking but I imagine that you can come over here and show me." she giggled and he smiled. Natsu wanted to be serious for one moment, he fell for her and what they did last night was nothing short of amazing and over the moon pleasure for him.
"Lucy, can we talk about last night?" Lucy could only feel her stomach lurch and settle, her appetite had suddenly left her for some reason.
"Sure. What do want to talk about?" She was cautious.
"Last night was amazing, beyond amazing." But, there's always a but. "I've been thinking maybe a date like a real date where you look extra pretty for a guy and put on a dress and high heels and go to a fancy restaurant and eat nice food and do things like a real date should be. So Lucy Heartfilia, would you go on a date with me, a real date?" She couldn't think straight, he asked her out on a real date.
"Yes. I would love to go out with you." she smiled, noticing his eyes on the pancakes.
"Go ahead and eat."
