School Building - Hall
Night Time

The situation has become a mess beyond belief. All the squad members that went inside the school has been wiped out and downed to only two people, still breathing the surrounding heavy air.

The sight of the other members was shown clearly by the flickering lights once in a while for them to see. They laid motionless on the mattress made from their own blood, leaking out from the bodies.

Some of them still in one piece and some others have been separated into several parts as it was thrown all over the place across the big hall. All that lost life was enough to remind them that the battle was futile for them to continue any further.

The opponent was standing on the stage a few meters in front of them yet they couldn't do anything to seize him. No matter what kind of sorceries he used, he did it real good as the smoky thing he controlled done really well in protecting him.

Once its claws touched you, you'll be cut in two or more and all the efforts they tried to fight and hit it was pointless. It can become solid and becomes translucent next second. The only choice left was to defeat the master of that thing himself but it was impossible to execute as long as that thing still lingering around.

Running away to the exit was also out of the available choices. They can never outrun it. They will be dead before they know it if they do that. Should they feel grateful they were still alive or should they just die along with all the others? It was not like they got any other options.

"Teacher..."

Ayoung turned her head to the side, looking inside the eyes of her troublesome student that contains no fear in it. All that shown was the determination to stay alive although for a second into the future.

She chuckled. "Yea, that's right. We will live, that for sure. I can't let you three die in here after all the luck of finding you guys." She turned to the other side, looking at her teammate as SuA and Yonggeun diligently patching the long gash on his arm with any possible resource they could find.

"If these three little kids managed to survive till now then it means they are fated to keep living and so do we." Said Hongdae, grinning at her.

"You will probably lose this little arm of yours if not because of us little kids," SuA remarked and patted his arm once after she neatly patches it up, causing the guy to flinch.

Yonggeun, SuA, and Yoohyeon were the only people to stay awake while the other students and teachers lost their consciousness and gathered up in the classrooms. They won't be awake even if the nuclear bomb exploded right next to their ears.

Ayoung and her squad found them already together, roaming around on the second floor of the faculty building. The atmosphere among the three was still hot but they decided to stick together to make it safer if anything arises and that was a good choice as Ayoung found them in one batch.

"I'm sorry. I should've listened to you and get out of this place as fast as we can but...I'm stubborn and now..." Her grip on Yoohyeon's hand tightened. "You guys had to go through this horrid experience." The shine of her wet eyes displayed in the flickering dark.
