[5 years later]
[Seoul City]The hallway was empty so the sound of a pair of heels against the hard tile floor echoed louder than usual and if there were happen to be some people there, they would surely glue their eyes to the owner of the steps.
Her dark dim purple hair was captivating and her charismatic movement was luring you in. The cold but kind expression on her beautiful face would one hundred percent melt your heart.
The light-colored outfit that she wore radiated a calm atmosphere to whoever laid their eyes on her like the only flower among a group of cactus decorating the hot Sahara.
Reaching the end of the hollow hallway, she stopped in front of a gray double door before her slender hand stretched out towards the handle and elegantly pushed it open.
She stepped inside, closing the door behind her and bowed her head at the other three important figures inside the room. One of them was definitely older than her but she didn't bother giving the woman a full-on bow.
"I'm sorry for taking my time before coming here."
She walked closer to the three while looking around the decent sized room to make sure that she would not miss anything, especially on the big ass monitor at the front with some random information displayed on it.
"It's no biggie. We're just finished preparing anyway."
She smiled at the older woman's words and stood beside another woman who was in the same age range as her and of course, she also did not forget to smile at the last person standing at the end of the three.
The man returned it with his own blinding smile like a sun shooting its ray at the sunflower. In fact, to him, she was more than a sunflower as she was like a fragile flower blooming in the spring's warmth of his heart.
She noticed his feeling since the first time they have met with each other three years ago but unfortunately for the man, she did not feel the same. Well, you could say that her heart already belongs to someone, someone who was not even there at the moment.
The woman in the middle of the three nudged her elbow. "Texting with your mysterious informant again? That's why you're late?"
"Ha. Ha. Ha. Mysterious my butt." She scoffed, faking a laugh.
The man beside them could just listen without having any clue of what context the two women were talking about and not long after that, a man comes rushing to his empty side, handing out a few layers of paper.
"Alright! Listen up." The older woman clapped her hands several times, gaining their attention.
"I think you can figure out why you're here so I'll make it short." Said the woman and tapped the PC near her.
The interface on the big monitor changed, displaying a picture of a bungalow with a long snake description beside it. The bungalow seemed quite abandoned for about a few weeks.
The flowers around it were dried and falling as the front course of the bungalow was filled with dried leaves and some other random debris here and there. They could not deny, the look from the picture alone gives them a creepy vibe.
"We received several reports of supernatural occurrences near the area." The woman stated as she began observing the monitor.
"So I guess you guys' job is to investigate the house." She said nonchalantly, sounding pretty laid back for someone of her rank.
Finished reading, she turned around to see the latecomer earlier raising her hand. "Yes, agent JiU. What is it?"
"Inside that house, there is a Baphomet Root." She said in a matter of fact tone.
