My Bluetooth speaker was loud, and I danced and sang through the room with my eyes closed. I did like to dance and sing; it made you forget things. My mind to zero and my concentration on the music. It was good for me to do that again. I was utterly absorbed in it. As a result, I didn't notice that the door of my room opened. Not much later came that realization when I bumped into someone. Immediately, embarrassed, I stopped dancing and stared at two smiling faces. Joshua and Austin stood in my doorway, and they both had sheepish smiles on their faces. Great! I felt that I turned bright red, and I stared at the floor. Of course, I had played "Congratulations" from Austin. Well, I had that again. I walked over to my Bluetooth speaker and turned it off, and threw my mobile phone at the desk on the other side of the room.
"Okay, I didn't know you could sing and dance." "That makes sense; I've just been here a day, Joshua," I laughed, but I continued to study my feet with concentration. I didn't want "those" looks. They would probably make fun of me soon. "We didn't come for that. We wanted to ask if you were coming. We're going to the park. Brenda is coming too, but she's picking up Mia." Did I feel like it? Hmm, I had to do something. Then maybe I could get to know the rest already. "Yes, all right," I said quietly. I looked up and saw Joshua looking happy. Austin, on the other hand, looked bored at his feet. He wasn't exactly looking forward to it. There was something about him too. Something that prevented me from taking my eyes off him. Ah. Please, Madison. Don't fall in love with Post Malone now. As if he would ever want you, I spoke to myself.
I turned around and walked over to the closet, but Joshua and Austin didn't move. "Eh, would you mind leaving me alone? I'm not going to undress in front of your watching eye." They sauntered both away, and I searched through my closet for a cute outfit. After fifteen minutes, I walked down in my top and jeans. My simple, black jeans were so lovely. I had my black converse underneath. "Come on," Joshua motioned. He and Austin were both on a bike, and I was looking for a third bike that I couldn't find. "Do you mind if you have to sit behind me?" Joshua looked apologetic. "We don't have a bike anymore." I shrugged and jumped smoothly on Joshua's luggage rack.

"Who wants ice cream! My treat." Brenda suddenly shouted when she heard the tune of the ice cream truck. Everyone raised their hand - me as last, doubtful. It was friendly with these six. It turned out to be a regular group of friends, as far as I understood. You had Joshua and Brenda, Mia and Milan, and Austin. They had all introduced themselves and offered their help if I needed anything. This reduced my fear of going to college. At least I could fall back on them.

username2 You have friends? I can't believe it.
17 minutes agoWhen Brenda returned with the ice, she resumed the conversation. I sat there a bit, answering when they asked me something. I didn't like being the center of attention. Rather, shy and withdrawn in the background. I listened carefully to the quick conversation. It's a good thing I understood English well; otherwise, I'd be deep in trouble. I settled on the grass and looked at the clear blue sky. It was a beautiful day. The sun caused rainbows on the nearby river; the wind blew a pleasant coolness. I closed my eyes, and before I knew it, I fell asleep.

"Hey, ehm." Someone pushed my arm. I opened my eyes, and I was shocked. I had been sleeping here while the rest were talking. Shit, what an impression I made. "Wow, are you awake?" A rough, loud guy's voice said. I looked up, and I stared at the most beautiful eyes I had ever seen. They were blue, like deep blue. Blue as the ocean sea. They had depth and a little glimpse of something special. They were to drown in. Only after a minute or two did I realize that I hadn't yet answered. "Yes... Um. sorry I fell asleep." A shock came through me when I looked away and saw Austin.
Austin all alone.
