Chapter 36

Justin's Pov

*Beep *Beep *Beep

I turned off my alarm and got out of bed.

Today is Zoëy's doctors appointment.

I walked into the bathroom and took a shower and brushed my teeth.

I put on a blue shirt with white stripes on it, some khaki pants, and some red Adidas Neos.

I styled my hair and grabbed my keys.

Once I pulled up to Scooters house I got out the car.

I rung the doorbell.

After a few minutes Yael opened the door.

"Good Morning Yael."I said as she allowed me inside "Is Zoëy in her room?"

"Yes. We are leaving in an hour."she said walking into the living room

I took off my shoes and made my way up to Zoëy's room.

I knocked on the door.

"Come in."she yelled through the door.

As I walked in I saw her sitting on her bed on her phone.

When she looked up a smile appeared on her face.

She got up jumped into my arms

"I have missed you."she said kissing me

"You saw me yesterday."I said laughing a little

"That was many hours ago."she buried her head in my shoulder.

We just stood there and hugged for a little.

"Let's cuddle."she said holding my hand and walking to the bed.

We got in the bed and I wrapped my arms around her and pulled her closer to me.

The coconut scent of her hair was wonderful.

We just talked about random stuff until we both fell asleep.

I was woken up to someone knocking on the door.

I rubbed and stood up.

When I opened the door there stood Yael.

"I have been knocking on the door for 10 minutes. The appointment starts in 20 minutes. Let's go."she said walking downstaris.

"Zoëy wake up. We are late for the appointment."I said tapping her.

He eyes shot open and she sparang out if the bed.

We both ran downstairs and into Yael's car.

As we pulled up to the hospital we all ran out of the car and inside.

Yael walked up to the front desk as Zoëy and I found seats.

After awhile Yael came back with a clipboard in her hand.

"Here you go Zoëy, you have to fill this out."

She handed Zoëy the clipboard.

I looked around trying to stay unnoticed.

"Zoëy Bruan."a lady dressed in uniform called her name.

Zoëy stood up and looked back at me.

"Can you come with me?" She asked innocently.

"Yeah Sure."I responded grabbing her hand

We walked over to the nurse.

Her eyes lit up when she saw me.
