Do you like my red lipstick or do you think I should go back to the darker shade?" I heard Paige's voice as she took a seat beside me while I was seated in the cafeteria with Lexi.
I frowned and she giggled, "I was asking her. But she doesn't even know I'm here."
I glanced beside me as Lexi focused on the monitor where Elias was currently performing one of his random songs. I thought her being quiet was just because she was running over her segment.
"Are you okay? Normally you're very talkative during his matches?" I nudged her as she usually didn't really watch in the past unless it was the women cause she would mentally prepare to be Alexa Bliss but since they were friends he was an exception.
"Yeah I'm just tired." She shrugged and I briefly glanced at Paige who was as confused as I was for her lack of interest even as Braun interrupted his segment.
I cleared my throat, "Okay I'm after him, you wanna walk with me to the gorilla?"
She didn't immediately answer me as Elias attacked Braun from behind which was a mistake. Which he paid for as Braun took his anger out on him.
"No, its fine. I think I'm heading to the airport" She stood up after he rolled out of the ring as Kane appeared to attack Braun.
"Don't you drive with him?" Paige questioned.
"No, that was only for a couple of weeks" She replied and Paige was about to question when I saw Mandy calling her from the other table.
"What happened?" I asked her as Paige left and I stood up as well, knowing I would be needed after the commercial.
"Nothing. I just have a flight to catch and I don't want to keep Matt waiting"
"Matt as in Hardy?"
"Yes." I stared at her as apart from being disinterested she usually had a lot to say.
"Dare I ask?"
She smiled due to my playful tone but I was happy because I didn't like seeing her upset, "Jeff invited me to stay over at the Hardy compound for the week. Its my first entire week off in ages and he didn't want me stuck at home alone."
"I would have come down if you wanted me to"
"You only ever visited me to hang with Paige and she's here so didn't think you'd want to"
I frowned and she sighed, "I'm sorry I didn't mean that, like I said I am tired."
