I've talked with my dad all day. We've joked around, hugged, messed around, and just had the best day of my life. I got my dad back!!!!

" I love you daddy. " I say happily as I smile at him. I moved my chair so it's next to his, despite the protests of the rude woman on the mic. I told her to shut her trap. She wasn't needed in this conversation.

" I love you too darling. " Dad kisses my forehead and I lean on his shoulder.

" I have somethings for you. " I pull out some papers from my pocket. I'd drawn them over the time I was staying at S.H.I.E.L.D.  and over the month they had taken me back to the tower. I've been saving them for when I saw my dad again. " I hope you like them. " I unfold the papers and hand them to dad.

He smiles at me before he looks at them. It takes him a minute to look through all the papers. " I love them. They are beautiful drawings Aura. Thank you. " He hugs me and looks at the papers again. " These are so good. I love your art. I shall treasure these forever. "

I smile happily a blush a bit at the praise. " I'm glad you like them. I worked really hard on them. I wasn't sure if you'd like them but I thought it might be worth the shot if I give them to you. "

" I love anything you make. You are a very creative girl with an amazing imagination and a lot of talent. " My dad praises.

I blush again.

" Now, tell me all about this power I heard you have. " My dad says turning his full attention to me.

" You really want to know? " I ask.

" Yes. I am very interested. "

" Well, I can freeze and, um, burn things. I am able to make little ice and fire tornadoes. It's kind of weird. My eyes get red and blue swirls. And my hands get ice and fire to swirl around them. "

" Really? " My dad asks smiling.

" Yeah. I uh, I may or may not have trashed my room here when I was upset. It, uh, it is all burnt and has, um, frost everywhere. "

" Making messes I see. " My dad chuckles and side hugs me.

" Yeah. I've uh, made a lot of messes. "

" You're still learning. Do you have someone who is helping you learn how to control your powers? " Dad asks glancing up at the window above where everyone is watching.

" No. I mean yes. " I nod looking away. " but, I'm not learning. "

Dad's eyebrows furrow. " What do you mean? Are they not teaching you? "

" Well...." I trail off. " They were. Kind of. I just wasn't listening. To them. Yeah. I wasn't listening. I said I wouldn't learn if they didn't let me see you. "

" Aura. " My dad sighs a little. " You need to learn how to control your powers whether or whether not they let you see me. You do not want to accidentally freeze your boyfriend someday. Not that you have one, because you are not allowed to have one until you are at least sixteen hundred years old. " Dad says seriously.

I blush and push him gently. Dad chuckles but then becomes serious after a minute. " I am serious. No boyfriends until you are sixteen hundred. And, you do need to learn how to control your powers. Anything could happen. "

" I know. " I sigh.

" Promise me you will learn how to manage your powers. Please darling. I do not want anything happening to you. One wrong move and you could end up like me in a maximum-security prison. "

" I promise. " I nod. " I'll learn. I just don't want to end up being forced to go on missions because I ' owe ' them all back for the years of training. "

" Woah Woah wait. No one said anything about you going on missions. " Dad looks at Thor. " You will not owe them anything. I do not want you to go on missions unless that is what you want. Even then I do not want you going on missions. They cannot force you to do anything you do not want to do. "
My dad says loudly so everyone can hear. " Do what you want. Not what they want. "

I bite my lip to hold in a smile. " Okay. Can I eat a whole tub of ice cream then? That's what I want to do. " I joke.

" No. I do not want you to get a stomach ache. That will not be fun. "

" Then can I get a tattoo? "

Dad's eyes widen. " You better not! No-no-no. You are not getting a bloody tattoo. " He says loudly. " No. "

" I was just joking. I don't want a tattoo. But I do want ice cream. "

" You better have been joking. " Dad mutters shaking his head. " You are a wild child. "

" That I am. Just like you daddy. "

" You do not want to be just like me. I made many mistakes. " Dad says seriously.

" But those mistakes shaped you into the good man you are right now. And I want to be a good woman someday. I want to be like you. Minus the illegal stuff you did. " I lean my head on his arm. " I want to be just like you. "
