THIRD P.O.V.
Chase wanders into the kitchen where everyone is talking about how cute Chase and Aura would be together. They stop talking as he walks in and grabs two drinks from the fridge. " Now, everything will go as planned. I promised everything would go as planned. That means, no putting blue dye in Loki's hair, " He looks at Tommy and Marissa. " No chasing Loki out of the tower. " He looks at his dad and all the other adults. " And no snide remarks. " He looks at his sister.
" Jeez. You are really serious when it comes to your girlfriend. " Clayton says with a chuckle.
" She's not my girlfriend. " Chase says with an eye roll as he tries to cover the blush trying to climb his cheeks.
" But you wish she was. " Rebecca says with a smirk.
" What? No, we're not talking about that. Come on, guys. Please don't mess this up. I just finished calming down Aura. "
" You like her. " Mia adds while she types away on her phone. " Everyone can see it. "
" You better not hurt my cousin dude. Let's not forget the tiny fact that I'm the son of a god. I can kick your butt. " Ryan says in a warning tone. " She's been through too much. "
" We aren't dating! Okay?! Can we get off this topic? Please? Just don't mess anything up. " Chase takes the drinks out to Aura who's nervously waiting by the elevator door to open and her father to walk in.
As soon as Chase left, everyone in the kitchen went back to talking about Chase and Aura.
