"I beg to differ, Ms. Park. I love my wife and I will never trade her for anything, unlike you did before." Lisa smirked confidently and I-what???

"I don't feel the need to explain anything I've decided to do. And I'll probably believe that Ms. Manoban, if only I didn't know about you, having a boyfriend for ages prior to the marriage. Or should I say business deal, Ms. Manoban?" Chaeyoung smiled sweetly at the crumbling inside Lisa.

No. Chaeyoung actually believed it and felt her heart breaking into pieces, but she decided to fight with the shattered parts left even if it means she'll bleed to death.

"That's a thing in the past if you didn't know." Lisa countered still wearing her smug smile. Nobody knows if she's saying the truth, including herself.

"So you really want me to believe, that Jennie and you are lovers? That could be true for the Jennie Kim I know. But as for you, you're just fooling her for as long as it is convenient then kill her after to solely ran the merged empires, aren't you, Manobans?"

Lisa froze for a second, then flashed her an amused smile.

"I don't feel the need to convince you Ms. Park, you are allowed to believe what you want to believe. I'm just stating the facts here. And it's also for your own good." Lisa controlled the chuckle threatening to burst out due to Chaeyoung's evidently deteriorating composure.

"That may be true for now, but I want you to know, I can become the devil himself to get what I want." Chaeyoung with a mischievous smile backfired, alarming the crowned winner Lisa.

Thankfully, the beautiful, long-haired Rapunzel, President Jennie Kim finally arrived before Chaelisa kill each other with stares.

Lisa was about to drool over her wife's elegant, confident, gorgeous, heart-stopping, graceful walk when she remembered that she fucked things up.

She nervously stood up, showing her big smile at her wife which then reciprocated with a heart-melting gummy smile. For a minute she forgot she's doomed, while the broken-hearted Chaeyoung witnessed the freaking interaction and tried hard not to breakdown in front of them.

That smile used to be only for her.

Jennie saw her. And smiled at her too. It was now Lisa's turn to have her own breakdown.

The look on Jennie's eyes says hundred of words when it met Chaeyoung's; Lisa can't decipher. But she understood one thing, she's happy to see her.

Chaeyoung felt the confetti raining in her head. She's the legit Miss Universe now.

Everything came back to her. No. It never did go away.

She then stood up, with the loving smile and stare, as if waiting for the bride at the altar, only the bride kissed the legit wife's cheek and then shook her hand. Damn.

The touch of their hands felt like eternity but Chaeyoung wanted more. She want to embrace her tight and kiss her, the kiss that would make up for all the years they weren't together, fuck her sensele-ooop. Not in front of the dining table, ladies.

"It's nice to see you again, Ms. Chaeyoung Park." Jennie greeted now with a small grin.

The ever confident Chaeyoung Park lost for words. With an overwhelming pain in her heart, she could only muster to smile and nod. Though she really wanted to reply 'I love you'.

"Honey, can you go with me to the restroom? I just need a help on something." Lisa asked her wife with puppy eyes after placing their orders and then smiled apologetically to Chaeyoung.

"Ah sure. Please excuse us." Jennie then bowed to her ex and followed her wife with a teasing grin on her face.

When they're finally inside the restroom, Lisa then grabbed her wife inside a cubicle and pinned her on the wall.

"Jen I screwed up! She's getting on my nerves and I hate her that's why-"

"You shouldn't hang out too much with Jisoo, you're starting to think exactly alike." Jennie now managed to regain her teasing smirk after the suddenness of her wife.

"What? No! Listen! She said she want to get back with you so I didn't think before I said-"

"It wouldn't be you if you think before you said something." Jennie cut her off giggling softly.

"Will you let me finish my sentence?! This is not a laughable matter Jennie Kim!" Lisa whisper-shouted forgetting about personal space since they've entered the then-peaceful cubicle.

Not taking her wife seriously, Jennie just pursed her lips and nod, still fighting back the urge to laugh.

"I told her we're lovers." Dead-serious Lisa expected to see the wrath of her wife but not the hard gummy smile she's flashing now, not to mention her eyes were closed tight. She's laughing inaudibly.

"What the hell?! What's funny?!"

Jennie shook her head, flushing the inaudible laugh off her system.

"I thought so. So that explains the 'honey' huh?"

Lisa lost all her dignity and submit herself under Jennie Kim's mercy.

"Ok forgive me! I had to convince your Maleficent ex!"

"So, what can I do for you?" Jennie asked plainly, finding her wife's tantrum unnecessary.

"Act like you love me."
