Jennie Kim was once again the most eligible bachelorette in the country since her ex-wife, Lisa Manoban, had  moved her own empire base abroad. But yo dead inside girl Jennie couldn't care less. She's been pouring her whole existence out, working her ass off for the prosperity and perpetuation of her own empire.

She shouldn't have any amount of energy left to exhaust when she's finally home. But her tired heart breaks harder than she had worked all day when she's all alone.

Lisa's energy, her voice, her bothersome attitude, her addiction to getting lost that leads to unplanned midnight rendezvous, clouded Jennie's thoughts. She doesn't know home anymore but beside her. A homeless home.

Her heart aches for her, thinking of her couldn't suffice the longing. But it's all she could do. She started wandering to the places they've been, thinking she's with her. Reliving her smile, her laugh and the way her eyes adored her.

Wounds get deeper.

She doesn't care.

As long as these memories stayed with her like it just happened yesterday.

And it's been four years since then.

They never did anything to reach each other no matter how bad they wanted to. And Lisa made it possible. She propagates her business abroad, with no intentions to have any single connection to her ex-wife, still abiding the no competition shit.

The only time that they're at the same coordinates of the globe since the divorce, was at Hans'. Less than a year after.

Jennie drove to his place, intentionally traversing the path she and her wife got lost to with tears and her eyes. Laughing at herself, remembering how she hated her wife wasting their time and energy when there she was, voluntarily wasting her own even she knew how to get to a certain place the first time she had been there.

Hans recognized her and welcomed her with a warm friendly smile. And the smile turned upside down when he remembered about the divorce. But like a low-maintenance friend, the one you know who will always be your friend no matter how long you've been apart and how much shit you've been through that he never knew of, Hans hugged Jennie that startled the latter but reciprocated it knowing she needed it the most.

And if you're asking where's Lisa during all these interactions, she's not yet there.

Jennie asked Hans if she could use the rooftop with all courtesy, and of course, he let her. And that's when Lisa entered the scene.

Hans almost dropped his jaw on the floor when he saw her. He felt betrayed.

"You little imp, what's this drama all about?!" Hans growled like Scar and then burst out crying. "I hate you, you made me cry. You drama queens."

Utter shock invaded Lisa's system. She can't see Jennie. Of course it's Jennie, she's the only wife she had.

"Please don't mention this to her, would you? Please."

Hans just flashed a big question mark on his face.

"I missed you buddy." Lisa hugged her hurriedly and jumped running away.

Up to this day, Hans didn't know why Lisa acted so weird and why she didn't recognize her wife's car parked nearby. But he just shrugged, he knew this is just a fanfic.

He stayed mum about it.

Jennie then became a frequent loser in the woods and closer to Hans. And continued driving to the places she and her wife had been. No guards.

As the business person that she is, she even urged Hans to commercialize his establishment to get a bigger profit, a bigger tavern, more booze, more patrons. But Hans refused politely, in the tone of her formal friend. He wanted to remain serving light for those who get lost in the woods, and, booze too. Jennie respected what he wanted and even brought Chaesoo with her there, highly recommending the booze of a lifetime.

And speaking of, Chaeyoung already dealt with her 52 cards on the deck plus two jokers yet she hadn't taken her love back. For four fucking years. And Jisoo was always there beside her bff, laughing at her rejected ass.

Chaesoo continued working up each other, and working with each other. With the meticulous mind, and the perfect vision, they both could be the world's destruction. But they remained civil with each other arranging deals for the benefit of mankind.

While CEO Jennie Kim, was tired. Tired of working. Tired of getting lost. Tired of going back. So for the first time in the history of this fanfic she took a one month vacation leave. And everyone loses their mind.

She assigned Jisoo to be the OIC, and her cousin took it gladly. For Jisoo knows it's been too long. Jennie deserved this rest.

She sent her cousin off her private jet, with tears of joy in her eyes and the relief of letting go in her heart. Happy for her cousin, and letting go of her favorite cousin-in-law.

With that Jennie took off, now ready to traverse new path, reach farther, see more.

And, move on.

In her dreams......
