Out of frustration, Lisa chose to take a break from responsibility and went to a theme park she's not very familiar with. She changed into comfortable clothes she just bought somewhere and then wander and wander. Taking rides all by herself, shouting and screaming with joy from the adrenaline rush.

How she wished Jennie was with her. But her wife must be flaring in anger by now that she took an absence without leave. Damn, it's so frustrating to be an adult. You can't just ditch work without any amount of guilt just like ditching classes. -- Lisa's thoughts.

She's aware she's running away again from responsibility but it is the only way she knew that could rearrange her mental and emotional harmony.

First her father, now her father-in-law. Why does the CEO think so low of her? Why does the handsome Chairman think so low of her daughter? They should have been the ones who got married for the deal. They're the greatest. They knew everything. -- another thoughts from the wise philosopher.

Lisa took a rest in one of the bench after the roller coaster ride when she felt vibrations on her pouch. It's on a meeting mode, she forgot to turn off. And when she checked her phone, what she saw horrified her.

A lot of text messages and missed calls from Jennie Kim. The palpitations of her heart was definitely not for a good thing now.

"Fuck, fuck, fuck. I should have turned this shit off earlier." Lisa muttered under her breath, and was about to turn the damn thing off until-

Jennie Kim calling...

To answer or to not? Her wife must be worried by now. Lisa would just text her after the rings to notify her wife she's still alive so she won't have to hear any violent reaction.

But the ringing won't stop as hell and she must go for the next ride to maximize the ride all-you-can ticket though she could buy the whole damn theme park for herself.

So, she answered.

"Hello."

She heard a sigh of relief on the other line.

"Where are you?" The tone was too demanding but the voice warmed her heart.

"I'm still alive."

"Answer the question!" An impatient tone from the other line now.

"I'll go home later!" Lisa answered annoyed, and this is the very reason why she wanted to just text her.

"Lisa." Jennie's voice now was full of worry, she imagined how sad her eyes could have been by now.

"Do you know where you are exactly?" Her wife's voice was full of concern and they both knew that Lisa's getting lost addiction attracted dangers that worried Jennie the most.

"I'm on a theme park an hour away from your restau-"

"Wait for me. No guards."

The line hung before she knew it. And when she realized what just happened, damn, she married a trickster, she thought.

--------------------

Lisa didn't move from her place because she might be too entertained to remember her wife was now on her way to fetch her. She even put her phone on a ringing mode for the first time in her life, anticipating a call from her wife.

She doesn't know why she's happy. She should have been scared to death by now, by just imagining how angry her wife would be with her in person, but Lisa was too thrilled to see her face instead.

After texting her exact location, Lisa looked around for her knight in elegant corporate attire and, she found her with a poker face.

No one dared talk as they sat beside each other. Lisa's heart was beating faster and faster and she doesn't know if it's because of fright or delight.

"You should have told anyone where you're going at least. We're all worried and no one knows how and where to find you." Jennie broke the silent tension without looking at Lisa.

"But you're here." Lisa smiled playfully at the ever so serious President.

"This is not a laughable matter, Lisa." Jennie retorted in a stern tone but Lisa only finds it hot the way her name sexily rolled off her wife's tongue.

"Come on! Let's take the Ferris wheel, I haven't tried it yet!" Lisa replied excitedly but Jennie didn't even flinch.

"Lisa." There she goes again with that tone.

"We are not powerful just to be privileged. Power isn't called power to be only used for yourself and throw it away whenever you want to. Please refrain from doing that in the future." Jennie stated in a serious tone making Lisa regret her immature actions.

Lisa thought of telling her wife how annoying her father was but she doesn't want to worsen the gap between the two. As much as she wanted to vent out her frustration by the pressure from all the people telling her what to do, she also doesn't want to add that stress to her hard-working wife. She would just apologize she thought.

"Jennie I'm-" Lisa stopped mid-sentence when she saw Jennie holding and diligently looking at a theme park's map she's holding.

Lisa had no idea the park has a map.

"Have you rested enough? The Ferris wheel is pretty far from here." Jennie seriously averted her gaze to the melting Lisa who's fighting back a huge smile.
