After 48 years of not updating....

The power couple had made it through the woods alive. And with excitement reducing immeasurable distance into none, they're now about to set off for the next part of their journey - the seashore.

And the saga of recycled cliché continues..

They might need it to hardly survive the woods, but their stilettos would be much helpful in the sand if it's not on their feet. So Lisa took hers and her wife's killer heels. And just like the unknowledgeable tour guide she is, she pulled her wife towards the shore with her other hand carrying their shits.

Stealth in the woods, vehicles containing armed guards followed, keeping vigilant eyes on the surveillance provided by the drones. With snipers and choppers at the beck and call, covering all possible openings for wide-ranged perpetrators to attack and close-combat guards scattered on the field, hiding behind boulders and bushes, ever ready for the nearest danger to the CEO; be it a pinch of a crab, or, her wife.

Yes. A splendid night to skinny dip.

Well anyways, thanks to the human trust issues Jisoo Kim for drafting an addition to the deal - one of the major reasons Jennie is still alive in this fanfic. A condition that only the family guards and workers could surround her cousin throughout the marriage. Whereas the only contribution of yo girl Lisa is her signature. But hey, this fanfic would never happen if not for that.

She didn't bother to read the 200-paged shit. All she knew was this Kim would be her teacher. And her dear father, the author of the deal, is a walking exaggerated sarcastic joke she doesn't find funny.

The splashing waves washed away Jennie Kim's discern for this finding a beach in the middle of nowhere shit. With glee, her hair and the sea breeze danced - the chill, that sent delightful shivers down her spine. Basked in the moonlight, her eyes sparkled with the stars. Had Lisa believed, she, is the stillness of night-sky.

Lisa never thought this Kim wouldn't just teach her shuffling folders for her empire. This Kim had even made the truth she's living for falter. That the world's beauty, unsurpassable by anything in this life, now, could be nothing near this sight she's beholding. Yet knowing she hasn't seen it all.

Comfortable is the silence enveloping the night as the melody of tides serenades the couple's hearts. Inner children awakened by the now and then tinge of the cold water swaying over their feet, along with the warmth of gentle sand playfully pulling their soles. Hand in hand, they steadied each other against the current, and welcomed the succeeding waves with innocent merry smiles.

"Focus!"

A stern order from the operations chief had halted the suppressed giggles, shrieks, and sana all's she had heard through the earpiece.

Psh. Kill joy. She just doesn't have a good view being one of the close combat guards. While vehicled guards were comfortably watching a muted romcom, in many different angles for film directors to see.

But with all due respect to the one in command, the guards professionally pinched, slapped, shook each other in silence. Fangirling and fanboying at their sailing ship, who's breathing loud since the ex-chairman died.

They know they shouldn't be this happy. But they are.

"Is there something wrong?" Seeing disturbed Lisa frowning at the moon, Jennie asked her wife with the hopes of giving her comfort just like her wife did when she needed it the most.

Lisa do love the moon among the wonders, for it pulls the night across the sky, bringing the stars with him. The stars that shone hope even through the darkest depths of hearts, opening minds to the limitless of thoughts.
