Isn't it the completion of every journey is going back home?

I don't even know if that's gramatically correct, but anyway, whether you've come this far or you've cheated your ass down here, I'd still take you back from where it all began.

A deal that crossed the paths of home and the wanderer. The safe and the danger. The light and the dark. The good and the bad. You, and me. bro.

So now, the most anticipated comeback wedding of the century had finally begun. Guests exceeded the number it had before. The addition is Hans, all thanks to Jennie.

No. But really, Lisa's friends and business partners all over the globe came for it's an open invitation after all. Of course, it had to be as lavish as medieval royal weddings. It's the union of the queens of the business world.

Lisa Manoban and Jennie Kim.

The whole country celebrated the special day. Those people whose hearts they made flutter and shatter, and even those whose sacred motto is life goes on whatever the hell happens on earth. Also they, who grab the opportunity of patrons while it last. Business is lyf.

The elder Manobans were present too, thank God they're still alive to witness the wedding, expecting great grandchildren the moment they learned Jenlisa got back together. Lisa's mother and father were there of course. You know, Filipino saying, weeds don't easily die, they multiply. Or something like that. He can't walk now, he's still alive but he's barely breathing~

Jisoo, along with her family - the only blood ties of Jennie standing-still - was now present for the real wedding. Guess who's her date then, as a friend of course. Chaeyoung Park who remains a sore to Lisa's eyes yet very supportive of Chaesoo. Sounded complicated, like their relationship.  And Bambam and his wife, you know, the final curtain, all living cast has to be there.

Genuine smiles brightened up the place like a typical fairy tale shit where every thing ends up in a royal wedding that involves a deal the queens signed and agreed whole-heartedly.

What Jennie's will remain Jennie's and what Lisa's will remain Lisa's for the wedding is not about the union of power and properties now. Yee. It's up to you whose last name they took or if they did, I'll remain undecided for the rest of my life.

Jennie was as high as a kite. It's not like the first one in which she knew every move like a skincare ritual. Even her I do's sounded like muffled cries. Her eyes were moist since the beginning. Both of them. Hands quivered as she lifted the veil.

The bride kissed the bride. Soft but firm. Sealing the deal.

Oh! And that tradition of course, where the bride throws the bouquet, giving false hopes and pressures of marrying next to the one who'll catch it. But Jennie was saving energy for a more important agenda so Lisa did it. Shooting the bouquet on Jisoo's lap who had no plans on joining the hopefuls, yet chosen.

She shot Lisa the death glare, but her favorite cousin-in-law was now gesturing and mouthing three-points  with Jennie on the side beaming at their direction, like everybody else. Everyone knew they're together except them.

"Stop. Whatever you're thinking won't ever happen," Jisoo deadpanned not looking but sensing the intense gaze and that smug smirk playing on her bff's lips.

"You mean, what you're thinking." Her lovely voice never failed to annoy her.

"Just shut up, Ms. Park," Jisoo retorted firm facing Chaeng.

And yo girl Chaeng placed a hand on Jisoo's thigh, drawing slow circles, "You know you can always make me, President Kim."

Dismissing the shivers, alarmed Jisoo turned her head around for witnesses before she hissed, "This is not our wedding Chaeyoung Park," acting tough but a bottom.

"Are you saying we'll have one?"

Jisoo narrowed her eyes. Done. She then stood up leaving Chaeng whose hungry eyes followed her every damn move, biting lip until the sexy back disappeared to the washroom. And an evil plan has been made.

But of course it's not Chaesoo's wedding so she waved the bouquet for the newly-wed to see with her most sincere smile.

Jenlisa returned the smile, then exchanged knowing glances. Giggled. Lisa lingered her eyes on her wife with contented smile.

She wandered through those years not because she's lost or she wants to be. She's not yet ready to go home, she doesn't want to be the same when she returns. She struggled through the push and pull of longing and holding back, trying to remember the places she'd been. Hoping one day she could take Jennie there, and never be lost again. But who knows about right time, coincidence and fate. She only knew chances. And second chances is a rare gift of time. Lucky. She had it with the person who's both her home and adventure.

While it's true, getting lost takes you places you never knew existed, sometimes, the fateful detour leads you to where you belong. Or maybe not.

Just like how you did lost your way to this book if this is one, you unfortunate destined reader.

Thank you for reading whether you did like it or not from the bottom of my shattered Chaennie heart.
