The partnership has now officially started, ending the meeting with handshakes. The revisions have satisfied both parties and now ready to set the project in action.

After the smiles and shits, the staffs immediately fled out the scene not at all wanting to take part on the love triangle their bosses have. The chemistry is sizzling that they felt scalded even the room is well air conditioned.

And that's when Chaeyoung Park asked for a one-on-one meeting with Jennie Kim. Making all Lisa Manoban-Kim's senses heightened and the hatred of Jisoo Kim towards their new business partner aroused in so many levels like watdafuq.

Meanwhile, Jennie Kim was her usual cool and collected self. Like bitches chill, we've just officially started a partnership for a dream project.

"Why can't we hear it Ms. Park? Have we left any details that only my wife could process?"

There's no people in the conference room other than the four of them, making Lisa's diplomatic tone unnecessary. But a wrong word could make her slap the boldness out of her wife's ex.

Jisoo was just leaning luxuriously against the swivel chair, proudly watching her cousin-in-law. She was about to launch an attack for the ex every triggering moment, but it's a relief, Lisa knew better.

"I mean to speak with the President about personal matters, Vice President." Chaeyoung butted with her sweetest smile amiably eyeing Lisa and Jisoo.

The President was just quiet. For the first time in her life, she doesn't know what to do. Turning down Chaeyoung is could be disrespectful and unethical, but cooling Lisa down is freezing hell, meaning divorce.

It's gonna happen, she knows, but not yet. She's not yet ready. And she knew who's Jisoo's bias, so, it's all by herself now.

She cleared her throat and made the best choice her brilliant mind could ever make,

Stay quiet.

"Personal? How personal is it Ms. Park, that even her own wife can not hear?" Lisa snickered amused. Like she wanna kill her madly now-amused.

"I understand the exasperation, but do you honestly want to hear it?" Chaeyoung smiled like Lucifer asking for Lisa's heart's desire.

This is officially hell now.

Jisoo was at the end of her seat, while Jennie was just standing there, like a comfort room. Out of order.

"I already told my wife that you want her back. Is there anything you want to add?" With a sly grin, Lisa claimed the crown seeing Chaeyoung's eyebrows raised high, eyes widening for a moment.

"You're so sweet for saving me the trouble. But yes, I have some things to add." Regaining the devilish smile, Chaeyoung retorted walking dangerously nearer to the now stiff as wood Jennie.

"I'd like to discuss it with you only baby, but your wife here is acting her job out."

Chaeyoung fingered Jennie's jaw up to her chin, chilling the shit out of the latter.

"Chaeng be direct to the point, don't waste all our time." Jennie with all formality, gently grabbed Chaeyoung's hand stopping the latter's antics.

Lisa didn't know what infuriated her more, the gesture, her wife's reaction, the nickname, the baby, or them bitches holding hands in front of her.

"Your wife was hired by your father for your welfare Jennie, earning her 20% of his property after your deal. Which is unnecessary, knowing she'll definitely hoard all your assets after dispatching you any moment she wished. " With a scoff, Chaeyoung rested her case, evidently loathing on every fiber of Lisa's being.

"Were you pissed you didn't thought of that first when you had the chance?" Jisoo shook her head, totally done with what she called it, Chaeyoung's nonsense.

"I may be a demon, but I never did lie to you." Disregarding everyone in the room, Chaeyoung spoke firmly, eyes intimately staring through Jennie's disturbed soul. Because it's true.

She never lied to her and it's illogical. Why would she even lie when she knew Jennie have loved all of her darkness?

They both knew that.

But Jennie knew what Chaeyoung is capable of.  And she's aware of Chaeyoung's intention and the reasonable hatred towards her wife that made lying inevitable.

"This meeting is officially adjourned, Ms. Park. I'm sorry if I only mean to speak business with you, you may go now."

At last, Jennie Kim finally found her voice.

Chaeyoung's face contorted in disbelief, while grinning Jisoo tried hard not to laugh.

While yo numb girl Lisa, was just standing there, losing her will to carry on.

She now realized the weight of the fucking deal, the pressure their fathers had put on her that Jennie Kim's eyes made her forgot.

Fucked up. She was.

She never knew this would be this serious. She never knew she would fall in love. She never knew that there would come a time that she'll regret signing the fucking deal.

She'll regret marrying Jennie Kim.

She can't love her.

She's desperately praying Jennie Kim won't fall.

She's afraid she won't help herself but catch her.

And catching her means Jennie Kim,

falling prey in the palm of her hands.
