Do you feel my heart?
Notice how it is always beating fast
The truth is, it's only like that with you
But how would you know?
The only way to confirm it is by touching it
Maybe you'll catch me off guard
Or lay your head while I sleep
But even then, it will beat without control
Believe me, I do not force it to
No matter if I know about it or not
It can sense your presence
Your warm, soft touch
And it begins the race
There will never be a way to see if I'm lying
Because as long as you're with me
It will always beat the same
