Why Are You Crying?

I remember our arguments and talks

How I would just go on and on

And you just sat and listened

Sometimes you would just roll your eyes

And sigh

Other times, you would speak

Say a few words

Then leave

But there were times

When I would say it all

Unleash everything that I had

Explain my love

Explain my pain

And you would shed a tear

Those moments,

I wondered

If you were crying because of what I said

Or because of how I made you feel

Maybe it was both

Then again

Maybe it was neither
