Luke.
"D-daddy?" I hear April sniffle behind me.
I quickly get on my feet, my head pounding. "April? Honey shhh, it's ok." I coo, softly hugging her as she clutched onto me.
"Why did Fairy yell at you? W-why did he push you?" she cries.
"It's okay, we are fine, everything wil be okay. I promise." I tell her, rubbing her back as she cries. I can't cry. I won't. I have to be strong for once, for her.
Michael will understand everything...I just need to explain, then everything will be okay.

April finally released me and looked me straight in the eyes.
"H-he scared me." she admits.
"No no no, April, you know he would never hurt you right? Fairy loves you very much."
"But he loves you. And he hurt you."

I wake up with April asleep on my chest.
I need to fix this, he needs to let me explain. Both of us.
"April, princess, wake up." I whisper and she squirms on top of me.
"No daddy...I wanna sleep." she mumbles against me.
"Honey, you have school, c'mon. Get up." i chuckle. She finally wakes up enough to roil off of me.
"Hey babe? Can you please do her hair? I'll probably just mess it up again." I laugh. i wait for Michael's response and turn my head finding an empty bed. I swallow hard, trying to prevent the salty tears from escaping. Memories of last night come to mt mind. What if he doesn't believe me? I need her, I need her to explain too. he needs to tell him what happened herself.
I quickly dial her number.
"Hello?"
"Ava."

"Calum, please, let me explain." I beg him.
"No! Luke you fucking cheated on him and then you bring her here?!? There's something seriously wrong with you! Michael loves you!" he shouts, giving Ava a scowl.
"GODDAMN IT CALUM!" I scream as loud as possible, my face turning a deep red. "Let me see my fucking husband and fix this! I didn't cheat on him! Now move!" I say pushing my way past him and running into the living room.
"Michael?"
I search throughout the house.
"Mikey?"
"He's not here." Kat tells me as I wonder into what seems to be her and Cal's room. Johnathan cradled in her arms.
"What? I thought for sure he would've come here..."
"He did. he left last night and hasn't been back since." she explains.
"Fuck..." I mumble.
"Hey, don't worry, he might be angry, but he still loves you. You two will work it out, I know you will." she smiles, grabbing my hand. The tears prick in my eyes and i nod, retreating back downstairs.
Calum and Ava awkwardly stand there, not saying a word. But I can tell Calum is pissed, his fists are clenched and his lips gnaws on his bottom lip.
"Why didn't you tell me he wasn't here?" I sneer.
"Because asshole, you would've asked me where he was and I don't have a damn clue!" he throws his hands in the air. "This is all your fault! I don't know where he is or when he'll come back and it's because you could keep your dick in your pan-"
"Cal?"
Everyone's heads snap towards the open door where Michael stands, clearly confused.
"Michael..." i breath. He looks at me, emotionless. "Please, let me explain. Please." my voice cracks as more salty tears gather in my eyes.
"Why is she here?" he asks, his eyes flickering to Ava as she stares at the ground.
"To explain what really happened."
"Michael Im sorry, I've asked them to leave." Calum butt in.
"No, it's fine Cal...just give us a minute." he says. he seemed so off, his voice monotone and he could barley look at me. His hair was a mess like he had slept in the back of his car. Jesus this is all my fault.
Ava, Michael and I all sat on the couch.
"Are you leaving me? Is that why she's here?" he asks quietly.
"What?" I place a hand on his knee," No Mikey, i love you, please let me explain."
"Luke, you slept with someone else, there is n excuse for that." he says sadly
"Michael. I did not sleep with Ava." I say sternly. He looks up at me, hurt and confusion glimmering in his dull emerald eyes.
"W-what?" his voice barley above a whisper.
"Ava asked me to show her around town one day while you were at work. I brought April and we just drove around and talked. When I went to drop her off at her house she kissed me. I swear to you that is all that happened." I explained.
"I'm so sorry," Ava joins in, "I didn't know that e was married, or gay...I basically threw myself at him. He pushed me off, twice actually." she nervously laughs. "He really does love you, and I'm so sorry for doing this. I ever meant to hurt anyone."
Micheal's breathing was heavy."So, why did you two meet yesterday?"
"I wanted to explain to Luke and apologize." Ava tells him and I nod.
"That's all that happened Mikey promise. I would never cheat on you. And I'm so sorry I didn't tell you, I didn't want you to worry about nothing. Because that's what it was, it meant nothing me. Please, please forgive me. Come home Mikey." I plead.
Michael stands and furiously tugs on his hair. Hot, angry tears stream down his face.
"I do forgive you kitten. I love you so much. I'm sorry...oh God what have I done?" he mumbles to himself, pacing around the room.
"Um, Mikey? What is it? What's wrong?" I ask him, worried. I thought he would be ecstatic, that would mp into my arms and kiss me and tell me that he was sorry for not listening to me...what he was doing now was scaring he shit out of me.
"I forgive you Luke...but you'll never for give me." he cries.
"W-what are you talking about?" I whisper.
He stops pacing and sits in fro of me, taking my face into his hands. His face was red and splotchy and his eyes didn't shimmer like they before. they were swimming with guilt and sadness.
"I'm so, so sorry kitten...I love you so much. I didn't mean for this to happen..."
"Michael?" I ask him, urging him to tell m what was wrong.
"I was drunk...I didn't know what I was doing I swear. I love you more than anything." he sniffles. "I slept with someone." his voice was barely audible. I couldn't hear the rest of his explanation, his voice was muffled, distant. My whole world stopped.
The only thing I could hear was the ringing of my ears and the sound of my heart shattering.
