Dave's pov-

"So all the live connections are set up. Do we have to connect the same we did last time?" I pushed John's laptop onto the counter top. "No, we all just have to press start at the same time and we'll get patched through. Easily. The only thing I'm worried about is getting a hold of one key component." Rose responded. "And that would be?" I asked, setting up streaming wires. "Vriska. She's the only person left that actually still has some of the mechanics from our last session. And we need those if we want to end this quickly." I sighed. Of course. It always led back to Vriska. "Well, what do we do then?" She sighed. The line cracked some. "I actually don't have an idea. Vriska is the only person that can get us in and out quickly." I looked in the living room, where John was still pacing. "Maybe she'll be easier to contact if we have John do it. She still kinda has a crush on him." Rose laughed softly. "Of course. Why didn't I think of that?" I smirked. "Because you're not a Strider." She sighed. "Actually, I'm part Strider." I groaned. "Doubt remind me." I turned the laptop on and turned to look for John once more. "Alright, I'll have John try to get a hold of vriska and then I have to inform Jade. She needs to be in this too." Rose clicked her tongue. "Yes. Call me if there's a problem. And I'll call when the connection is finished." I clicked back. "Right." The line went dead. The silence hung thickly in the air. This was going to be a long day.
