Today was the day that Dave and I were going to go to an adoption fair. An adoption fair was like a family reunion but with a bunch of children. I was really excited and I had gotten up early.
I made Dave his favorite. Grilled pop tarts with a glass of apple juice. I set the plate and glass on the counter before heading to the bathroom. I could hear Dave snoring softly from our room. I smiled. I really wanted to go wake him up but I decided wait.
