Thanks so much for the idea AmberlynGrace.

Ryan's pov-

Well, I guess it's time to move. I've been sitting here for over an hour. No one showed up like I thought they would. I sighed, standing up and slipping my shades onto the top of my head. I hated wearing them at times. They drove me insane. But they were the last thing that I had of my mother and they were like my babies. My poor little babies. "Don't go far Terezi. We don't need you falling in the lava." Who was that? Someone else was here? I looked around the gear I was standing on. I looked to my left. I saw a girl running. She had short dark red hair. She was wearing a black t-shirt and white pants, and she had red glasses on her face. She stopped dead in her tracks. What was going on?

Terezi's Pov-

I smell purple berry slushie with cherry mix. Who smelled like that? "Dave! Rose!" I felt someone run up next to me. Cinanomon. Dave. "What is is Rezi?" I sniffed the air and pointed. "Over there. It smells different." Dave grabbed my hand. "What do you smell?" I sniffed again. "Purple berry and cherry. I don't know who has the scent." He let go of my hand. "Its Ryan." I looked toward him. "How do you know?" He sighed. "Her eyes are two different colors. One is red like mine. And the other is like purple-ish blue, almost like Sollux's. But wait, how could you tell. She has shades. You aren't able to smell eye color if something is blocking them." I shrugged. "Maybe she isn't wearing them. She isn't an exact copy of you Dave. Not everyone has to be as ironic and cool as you." I felt him move around me. "My shades are my children and you shouldn't talk about them that way. They are sensitve." I shook my head. "Let's just go toward the smell." I said before walking in the direction of the berry smell.

Dave's Pov-

We've finally found her. After looking for what felt like hours, we've finally found her. I walked behind Terezi as she walked over multiple gears. Once we hit the lowest point, I could see Ryan. Her shades were pushed up onto her head. She jumped when she seen us. I pushed past Terezi. "Watch it Strider!" I ignored her. I ran to Ryan. "Dad!" She yelled. Once I reached her, I wrapped my arms around her. I lifted her off the ground and held her in my arms. "Ryan." I Whsipered. "Dave." I'm so glad that she's alright. She's alright.

(A/N: this is the third chapter that I was supposed to publish for Day 8. Day 9 will have to be put off until later, because school is kicking my butt. Anyway I hope you liked it. Please send your feedback and I'll see you in the next update. Bye!)
