Dave's pov-
"Rezi, you took us back to LOHAC. Are you sure you know where you're going?" She nodded. "Of course I do." Which meant she didn't. I looked over at her. Her nose was twitching slightly. I knew she was smelling the air. For what, I would never. Terezi was no longer blind, however, she was so used to be being blind that Karkat made remade her glasses so she couldn't see out of them. And she still used her best asset to see. Her nose. "Hey, can we stop? I squeezed her hand. "We've been walking for a while now. And it's hotter than Satan's asscrack." I heard Rose chuckle behind me. I looked over my shoulder at her. "I haven't used that one since we were kids. Is the old Strider coming back." I shook my head. "Nah. I just call 'em like I see 'em." I pushed my shades up on top of my head. I tugged Terezi to a stop. "Why did we stop?" I sighed. "Cause the shades need to rest. My poor babies are weeping. They'be been on for too long, they need to sleep. So we have to stop." Terezi turned to me. "I smell lies and irony, Dave." I smirked. "Both true. But in all seriousness..." Kanaya piped in. "A short rest would be in order. My feet need a quick release as do Rose's. And I'm sure Dave's are rather..." Her voice dropped off. Wow, Kanaya thinks my feet stink. Wow. "See, even they agree. C'mon Rezi. Just a short break. For the shades." She sighed. "Fine. But just for the shades."
