August 20th - 19 Weeks 3 Days
Rebecca was woken up by kisses being placed against her cheek and she opened her eyes to see Colby smiling down at her
"Wake up" he said in a whisper and she shook her head and pulled the blanket over her head
"Colby" she groaned "We're supposed to be on vacation" she said and he pulled the blanket back
"We are" he nodded "We are on vacation, at our house.. but what if we were somewhere more vacation like?" he questioned and she opened one eye to look at him
"What are you talking about?" she asked
"Get up and get dressed" he said standing up from the bed "Let's go on an actual vacation" he said and she glared at him as he threw her clothes at her "Come on sleepyhead lets go" He said
"What are you up to?" she asked suspiciously as she sat up on the side of the bed
"Why do I have to be up to something?" he asked
"Because you're never up this early and happy about it" she said and he shook his head
"I don't know what you're talking about, I'm always happy" he smiled and she shook her head at him
She finished getting dressed and walked down the stairs where Colby was waiting on the couch for her
"Ready?" he asked and she nodded as he stood up and placed a kiss on her lips
"Lets go wherever you're dragging me" she glared
"You're gonna like it" he sang and she shook her head
"I like sleep" she said "and you just ruined that"
"You'll forgive me soon enough" he said
The drive was confusingly long, Rebecca knew the route to the airport but Colby was taking random turns and back roads to get there before he pulled into the large parking lot and she looked at him
"Why is there a random plane in the parking lot?" she asked
"Like I was going to let you go through an airport and hear where we are going?" he questioned and her eyes widened
"You didn't buy a private plane" she shook her head and he just smiled at her
"I didn't buy a private plane" he said "I rented a private plane" he clarified
"Colby!" she exclaimed
"I love you" he said kissing her once more as he got out of the car
"Wait! Who packed for me?" she asked as he got the luggage from the trunk
"Who do you think?" he asked
"I really hope it wasn't you" she shook her head "I mean I love you but you have no idea what I need" she said
"Ashley" he said "While you were doing media in New York last week, she came here and packed for you before leaving just as you were landing"
"She didn't tell me anything"
"Yeah" he nodded "That's the point" he smiled
The plane ride was going smoothly as Rebecca looked out the window, she saw water, beautiful scenery.
She was taking pictures on her phone with a smile before looking over at him
"Where are we?" she asked and he just simply shrugged with a smirk "Colby!" she exclaimed
"Let us land first" he said with a laugh
The plane landed 20 minutes later and they stepped off the steps and Rebecca was looking around, the smell of the water was almost intoxicating, you immediately felt relaxed when you stepped foot on the island and it brought a smile to your face.
"Welcome to Maui" He whispered in her ear with a smile and he placed a kiss on the side of her head
"Why are we here?" she asked and she looked up at him and he kissed her head again
"You'll see" he smirked "Just wait for it"
